I am a long-time customer of Meh and needed to return an item for the first time. Caitlin made the process super easy and I'm very satisfied with the overall customer service experience.

Jessica was super helpful and responsive. I really appreciate the way Meh has always been customer-focused (and hilarious in their emails as well.)

While almost all of my purchases from Meh have been completely satisfactory, occasionally there have been problems. Most recently, a handheld vacuum I ordered would not charge. Fortunately, my request for a refund was assigned to a very competent and courteous agent named Caitlin. She responded quickly and resolved the issue immediately without any further inconvenience to me. She did a wonderful job!

The 5 stars is for Jessica, who quickly and professionally assessed and addressed my issue to my complete satisfaction. It was good to see, because in the past I've not been enthused about the "help" rendered by other staff members at Meh.

On my second-only order from Meh, I received a defective handheld vacuum and reached out to customer support for assistance in handling a return. Meh's site was great - it presented a list of possible troubleshooting ideas, and then a link to customer service if the tips did not work. I received a swift response from Meh, which provided a few other things to try and encouraged me to contact them if the additional steps did not work. When they did not, I replied to the email I received and a replacement was shipped to me by Samantha - with no delay!

It's great to have a company not treat it's customers as a bother, with endless FAQs and troubleshooting tips sent to me. You know the ones, where they basically hope you will tire and just go away. Meh stood by the product the sold and Samantha made it right for me very quickly!

I have been a faithful customer since their move from The Other Site, and let’s be honest: when you are buying stuff like this at these prices, you’re not always getting gems. That’s acceptable.
BUT Meh is ALWAYS honest about what they are selling, and are incredibly quick to make things right when they invariably do go wrong.

Caitlin was super helpful and kind. I love Meh, but just like all of us, sometimes mistakes are made. Such is life. Thanks for awesome customer service.

I've loved finding deals on meh.com for quite some time, but even if I don't find a deal, I almost always enjoy the product write-ups. Well, recently I purchased a product that turned out to be defective. I reached out to the manufacturer first, but they were unable, or unwilling, to help me. Then I contacted meh and received prompt help from Caitlin. She was great at resolving my issue and taking care of the problem, fantastic and fast customer service. Thank you!
