Meh is a great shopping site. They offer one item a day (unless you shop at sidedeal and other of their sites) for a great price.These items are over runs, or close outs they have found through their connections. For $5.99 a month you can be a member and get free shipping on everything you order across the various sites.
I especially appreciate their great customer service. Whenever I have had a problem they resolve in a day or two. Most often with a full credit. Easy Peasy

Have made many purchases and generally happy but one shipment ended up in Henderson, NV FedEx's Bermuda Triangle...contacted customer service and Caitlin was quick to respond and refund my purchase.

I have always had a positive experience with Mercatalyst in general and this time I had an issue and worked with Caitlin at Mercatalyst and they were clear and succinct. My issue was quickly resolved.

My original order was not correct so I contacted Meh Customer Service. I was connected with Caitlin and she was AMAZING! She listened to my issue and was able to resolve it promptly and professionally.

Meh is one of those sites that I frequent. They always seem to have something nifty... and the ever elusive Instant Regret Kit. I ordered a kit and had it shipped out. The shipping was quick and everything was great... That is until Fedex delivered to the wrong house. I mean, they weren't even close. There isn't a house like the one they left my stuff at (Based on the picture of the front door I was sent) in my neighborhood.

I reached out to Meh Customer Support fully expecting to be told that there wasn't anything that could be done. I was frustrated and set a very light on info Ticket. Sean responded and gave my a rundown of things to check. I followed up with Sean and gave him more information upto and including my Fedex case number. Through all of our interaction, Sean was courteous, kind and understanding. He set up a refund and offered his condolences since those instant regret kits are sort of an awesome mystery box.

I think its evident by how Sean treated me that Meh is a fantastic place to get nifty stuff.

I worked with Caitlin on returning a defective product. She was very prompt with all of her replies, sent the return label and kept me up to date on the status and even reached out after I had dropped the item off to be returned, stating that she saw the return in process and immediately refunded my order. I am very impressed with Caitlin and her customer service. Thank you.

Dealing with Meh, specifically, with Angela at Meh, after my order was either lost by the post office or stolen. I was provided all of the information that I needed to search for the order and then offered a refund, even though they sent the order and the post office said it was delivered. I am very grateful to Angela and Meh for handling the situation the way she did and will continue to do business with Meh and recommend Meh as a fine company to shop with. I would gladly work with Angela again but hope that I don’t need to.

Caitlin solved my problem quickly and without fuss.

First time customer at meh and I had a small issue with my order. I emailed in and Caitlin immediately made the situation right without any hassle or issue. I will definitely be shipping with Meh in the future.

I ordered an EV charger through Meh and unfortunately ran into compatibility issues with my vehicle. Despite reaching out to the manufacturer directly without much luck, Meh’s customer service (shoutout to Caitlin!) stepped in quickly and made the return process simple and smooth.

They provided a prepaid return label with clear instructions and even processed the refund promptly once the item was on its way back. I really appreciated the responsive communication and how hassle-free the experience was, even though the product itself didn’t work out for me.

One suggestion: it would be great if there were clearer compatibility guidance on the product page to help avoid issues like this upfront. That said, I’d absolutely shop with them again based on how well they handled the situation.

Always great customer service and attentive to the issue if and when an issue may arise. My last customer service was a quality issue and addressed right away. My service representative Marco was very responsive and addressed the issue with great response, time and effort. I have only ordered a couple times from Meh never has an issue except for my most recent order.
I requested some help and Angela (Mercatalyst) resolved my issue pretty quickly and totally hassle free.
Good customer support is important to me especially nowadays where it seems to be getting worse at a lot of places so I will go out if my way to do more business with them in the future.

Years of great service. Highly recommended.
