Meh.com sold underwear incredibly smaller sized than advertised. When I reached out to them, some unit in corporate said basically 'tough darts '. I am unimpressed to this day. They took my money and ran. Shameful customer 'service'. I only opened 1 pair. They refused to stand behind the other 11,unopened pair. That's how they roll in Carrollton I guess.

I have been loyal a customer of Meh.com from the very beginning. Customer service at Meh.com was outstanding and deserves huge applause. When I encountered an issue with my order, Ashley W promptly stepped in to assist. I didn't expect a response heading into the weekend, but she came through for me.

Ashley W was not only efficient but also displayed a friendly and helpful demeanor. The clothing that I purchased didn't fit properly. She quickly resolved the issue, making me feel valued as a customer. The refund appeared on my online statement on Monday morning.

I appreciate Ashley W's commitment to her job and Meh.com's commitment to excellent customer service.

Just wanted to say what great customer service you get with Meh.com. I buy from their site frequently and when I have any issues they normally resolve it same day... and in the most convenient way possible. Great job Ashley W on addressing my most recent issue!!!

In that order. You go in knowing you're buying returned expired leftovers (also in that order), but nothing that's broken or incomplete or dangerously moldy -- one the rare (1/16 for me so far) chance your crap is THAT crappy, the staff are quick to reply and refund your purchase.

Do you remember when the Internet was fun? When e-commerce was still in its infancy, and most of the Internet was just folks talking to each other, without political algorithms and annoying ads? Do you still kinda want to buy things on the Internet, but want to have a bit of that fun, too? Meh has that. Sometimes-silly write-ups about overstock products that you may or may not need, but you will often feel like you got a good deal. And if you don't, you can head over to the forums and commiserate with others about how rotten the deal is and tell them where they could get the same or a similar product for a better price. It's a community, it's entertainment, and they sell you earbuds and speakers and pajamas. It's fun.

I've been a member of the mercatalyst family since 2014, which includes the site meh.com they have great customer interaction on the forum, have fair write ups on the items they sell, and on the rare occasion I need to reach out to CS regarding an order, they are on top of fixing the issue. Meh works to make the site not just shopping, but fun and a little community of deal hunters.

There is nothing more to say that the title does not say already. Sometimes the item for sale is amazing. Most of the time it is Meh, but i have come back and looked at 3180 items and will continue to. I love this site.

fair price for products offered. under-promises and over-delivers on the customer service.

I have been shopping on Meh for several years with no issues. CS is thru email, but the reps responds promptly and courteously if there is an issue.

Had an issue with shipping seeming to be taking too long, and Caitlin @ meh quickly ascertained I had Xmas-stress, and kept in regular contact with assurances that the situation would be resolved to my satisfaction. It did, perhaps on its own - my shipment arrived in good time. But the level of customer care I experienced was thorough, extraordinary, and reassuring, and I've no doubt Caitlin improved the situation, whether the one in my head or the one in transit.

I have been a meh.com customer for a few years, but recently had to contact customer support due to a manufacturer error. The Meh customer support team and Meh's policies made everything painless, nah, may I say enjoyable.

Easy and understanding. Offered fast and simple solution.

Deceptive sale. Claimed if you spent $100, you would get a $50 credit. They claimed you CAN use it to get a $50 Instant Regret Kit. I don't recall it saying you MUST use it this way, but that was apparently the deal. Seemed really deceptive. Won't be visiting their site any longer.

After many Meh orders, I received my first defective product. I emailed customer service and received a response from Ashley W. I was given an option of a replacement, if available, or a refund. I opted for a refund snd received an almost immediate response that the refund was issued! Exceptional customer service.
