A febbraio è arrivato il primo addebito, chiedo il rimborso, negato.
A marzo per sicurezza chiedo l'annullamento ma il 14 aprile ricevo ulteriore addebito.
Chiedo il rimborso, allegando screenshot della mia mail, ma mi rispondono candidamente che a loro non risulta alcuna mail per cui non sono in grado di autorizzarlo.
Ho aperto una contestazione con paypal e andrò avanti fino in fondo in tutte le sedi possibili.
Vergogna.

As I haven’t completed it yet and that’s My responsibility, I am saying 4 star. I reserve the fifth star for completion. I like the comfort level of this course. I do not feel pressured and can address what I address easily and gently without feeling irritated. I have had a real breakthrough in understanding due to their questioning. Quite a surprise for me who has worked a lot on myself over many years. I am not new to this work and I am trying to get to the remnants within my soul . So…..so far so good.

I responded to an advertisement which claimed that 85% of people changed their lives for the better and offered a once off 60% discount.
Once I paid the discounted price I was directed to another page which stated "According to ATD, having an accountability partner boosts your success rate by up to 95%"
However, the success rate drops to 35% without a Coach!
This is misleading advertising.
It then offered other options for a better success rate at additional costs before going to the section where one could register an account.
I can't afford to pay for a coach (which is more than five times the initial cost) or the other items which means the chances of success are substantially less than initially advertised.

This is a TOTAL SCAM! As a person with ADHD, I tend to forget about trials a subscription. So when MellowFlow popped up with an offer for a lifetime subscription for a one time payment of over $100, I fell for it. Ultimately app wasn't for me, and I forgot about it, cause "one time payment" and "lifetime subscription" seemed very clear.

9 months later, I happen to be holding my phone as a PayPal alert comes in for 92.47 pending from MellowFlow. I was shocked, and saw that they had charged me every 3 months at that rate. I immediately re-download the app and canceled. Then contacted them. They clearly stated that I should not have been charged, and I would be refunded. They stopped the pending charge, but did not refund the other 2 that had gone through. I disputed through PayPal, and they fought it- my claim was denied.

Now I am out the 120 original payment (my fault on that) and $185 they stole! All for a basic app I used for less than a week.

I have totally loved my Mellowflow experience so far. I am learning so much that I wish I had learned before. Thank you Mellowflow for this opportunity. I can’t wait to learn more!

Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen. Sie buchen fleißig ab, obwohl ich sofort nach den Testwochen mehrfach gekündigt habe. Das ist eine Abofalle, da nützt der Weg zur Polizei wenig, da das Unternehmen in USA sitzt.
Sehr, sehr ärgerlich und teuer mit 55 € bim Monat für nichts. Die sind kriminell!

Really good insights into my adhd challenges and helping me to get over procrastination

This company is a scam.
I agreed to pay 30 euros but AFTER checkout, 123 euros more magically appeared in the final amount. Which I never accepted.
They promised a refund but they never did it.

The app also doesn't function properly.

I was looking for an app to help me organize my life, and I came across MellowFlow. One of the first things I do is read the reviews. Oh my! 36% negative and 40% positive as of this writing.

That is enough to run, not walk away from this company. Many thanks to all who submitted their review.

I am gaining a lot with mellow flow, not only with myself but with the ability to move forward and help others as well.

Scammers. I got the 3 moths trial and after that they started taking money off my account without permission. Never authorised subscription or money booking. Retreived the taken money via paypal and they are now claiming it back via dispute.

Whatever you do DO NOT PURCHASE any items. They will sifon money from your account without you even knowing

During sign-up, I was presented with what looked like a choice between a one-month or three-month plan. I selected one month, reasonably believing this was a fixed-term subscription. At no point was it clearly or prominently disclosed that this would automatically renew on a continuous basis.

After one month, I stopped using the app and removed it from my phone. Months later, I discovered I had continued to be charged without my knowledge or informed consent.

When I contacted support, they pointed to terms hidden in small print and refused a full refund, despite being able to verify that I had not used the service beyond the initial period. Only partial refunds were offered.

After researching further, I found a large number of users reporting the exact same issue. This strongly suggests a systemic pattern of misleading subscription design rather than an isolated misunderstanding.

In my view, this raises serious concerns regarding transparency, fairness, and compliance with consumer protection standards—particularly for a service positioning itself as supporting mental health.

I would strongly advise others to review the terms extremely carefully and proceed with caution.

The ease of the program. It takes less than 15 minutes a day. It's easy for me to make up excuses. I am accountable with this program and now I move through my life with more peace and ease.

It has been thought-provoking without being overwhelming.

J’ai évidemment demandé à ma banque qui me confirme n’avoir rien reçu. Prouvez-moi que vous avez remboursé et je demanderai des recherches plus poussées.

CE SONT DES ESCROCS ET DES MENTEURS. Il est impossible d’annuler l’abonnement depuis l’application et ils ne répondent pas quand on leur demande d’annuler. Ils prélèvent encore et encore, prétendant que ce sont des prélèvements autorisés, ce qui donc faux puisqu’on leur a demandé de résilier. Au bout d’un certain temps, ils prétendent avoir remboursé mais c’est à nouveau un mensonge, l’argent n’arrive jamais sur votre compte. FUYEZ !!

I have always been a procrastinator. But Mellow Flow is helping me to stop procrastinating and get things done. Just small steps at first, but some of my larger projects are getting started, such as cleaning out the garage. What I am learning from Mellow Flow is great and helping me make positive changes!

I think this company preys on people with poor executive function, as they (we) are not going to follow up consistently. They said I had signed some sort of agreement with strict regulations about how and when to cancel if not satisfied I gave up almost immediately on the so-called app (it's just emails with very generic advice). They charged me nearly $400.00 over 5 months and only refunded part of one of those fees after I went to and fro with them annoyingly. I asked them to send me a copy and the date of what I had agreed to, but they never did (and never said anytying about this request. I think their polite customer service "person" is an AI construct . My bank said it's too late to claim the older payments. I truly believe I only wanted to receive a survey that I took through a link on Facebook, for which I might have agreed to pay $10.00. FRIENDS, BEWARE!

its really opening my eyes. I think i need more prompting (especially as I am just starting this journey) so I'd welcome more prods to engage in the daily lessons and tasks
