The Memorial Company Reviews

Outstanding service from start to finish. This small family run company made the process of choosing a memorial for my mum and dad an easy process and guided me when I was unsure of what I wanted to put on the memorial. Excellent customer service and very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. Yvonne B

Just to say A “Big” thank you to The Memorial Company for my Late Husband’s headstone. Jane was very helpful.
Ordering was very simple & clear, but I was still very distressed. Jane was very patient and helped me through.
The headstone came much earlier than expected on June 16th a week before our wedding again. I was happy about this. The headstone is lovely.
I am very happy with the excellent service I received and would recommend The Memorial Company.

Excellent service from The Memorial Company from start to finish.
They guided me through my options and made suggestions when I was uncertain. Their prices were very clear and competitive and the work was carried out well within the timescale quoted.
The standard of work was also excellent.
All in all very pleased.

the service i received from the memorial company was excellent ,i was having to purchase a replacement headstone by e-mail and phone as i live in Blackpool they were extremely professional ,kind and very helpful, there headstone is top notch work perfect in every way ,they sent me two laminated photo's of the stone in situ i cannot speak highly enough of this company especially Jane whom i dealt with the most so do not hesitate to put your loved one's headstone in there hands

My daughters and I chose the Memorial Company in preference to another Company and are so thankful that we did. Thank you Jane and Venetia for the excellent service you gave us from the start to finish. You were so thoughtful and caring all through. Right from the start you gave us such good and important advice in our choice of the colour, shape etc of the stone. Although we were prepared for a possible lengthy wait, we were so pleased that the headstone was in place just before Father's Day this year allowing us to celebrate the day at it's side. It is so beautiful in all aspects. Thank you we will definitely recommend the Memorial Company and yourselves in the future.

Thank you Jane for the wonderful service that you provided when I ordered the stone you kept me updated throughout from when the headstone was ordered until it was delivered and put up. I will recommend you 100%.

I would like to say how pleased I am with The Memorial Company. I took over the ownership of my Uncles' grave when the last of my Uncles recently died. As there had not been a headstone there I wanted to have one installed. The Memorial Company have done a wonderful job, all my Uncle's names are there and now they will not be forgotten. The headstone looks so nice and I would recommend The Memorial Company to anyone needing a memorial.

The stone I ordered for my late husband was delivered sooner than expected and is lovely. Jane at The Memorial Company was most helpful right from the start. I would certainly recommend this company. Thank you very much.

We wanted something a bit different for our mother. I showed the Memorial Company some images and they came up with the perfect design. Nothing was too much trouble, they kept us fully informed and dealt with us in a sensitive, helpful, and very caring way. Special thanks to Jane who went above and beyond. The Headstone is simply stunning. Fabulous workmanship. L Key

At such a difficult time it was really important to the family for us to get my father’s arrangements right ,the memorial company showed great empathy and worked closely too help achieve this,
They communicated every detail throughout and kept us informed of all updates,
I was quoted by other competitors and I have to say they were by far the best price .

Thankyou for everything….

I would like to tell you about the first class service I received from the memorial company. From my first phone call Jane and Venetia was so caring compassionate and sympathetic to me after going through a difficult time losing both my parents in the space of 4 months, I had no idea and was nervous as I felt it was a big responsibility they gave me lots of advice, there prompt service was incredible from sending the brochure out to phone calls and approving the proof they were so thorough and wanted it to be perfect for us nothing was too much trouble, and the headstone is amazing, the quality is just so beautiful and delivery was much quicker than expected, thank you so much for making a difficult situation very easy.

I commissioned The Memorial Company to clean up and renovate 4 of my family gravestones in Birmingham City Cemetery. All of the stones were really dirty and sooty as they are 30-60 years old. The Memorial Company also inked in the fading lettering and they repaired the kerb stones on two of the graves. I have to say they did an absolutely superb job and I am completely delighted . The stones look as good as new. I can't praise them highly enough for the superlative job that they have done. It makes me so happy to see how fantastic the graves look now!

Great service from the start . Kept in touch during the ordering process and very pleased with memorial stone supplied and fitted. Would highly recommend.

I can’t recommend the Memorial Company highly enough if you sadly find yourself in the position of having to organise a headstone for a loved one. The staff team couldn’t be more user friendly, sympathetic, empathetic and supportive. From taking the ‘order’, to dealing with the burial site (churchyard?), to removing (in our case) an existing headstone to add a new engraving, to re-instating the stone - and communicating all the was through the process, the team were thoughtful, helpful and efficient. The finished product is of the highest quality and we are delighted at the tribute this shows to our loved ones. Thank you, Memorial Company. Fantastic service.

Venetia and Jane at the Memorial Company were very caring and sympathetic, guiding us through the process and calmly explained what was required.
Phone calls and e mails were very useful to confirm what we were trying to achieve, and Jane always checked we were happy with what we were planning, and that it was possible to be done appropriately.
We are very happy with the result and would recommend this Company to anyone in a similar situation

We used the memorial company to help sort my husbands headstone,as we’d previously used them 12years ago for my dads.. they helped us achieve just what we was after, explained the whole process what we could or couldn’t have, so very understanding, they was attentive, kept us informed within the process, very sincere people. & we are all as a family very happy how it has turned out, & i have also appointed them to now remark my dads stone.. we highly recommend this company.. thankyou

Excellent service and attention to detail in all respects at all times and friendly to deal with.
