When I received my order it was not correct.
I contacted the company, recorded a voice mail message, and never heard back from them.

These guys crushed it with both product and customer service. I guess we got the shipping address mixed up so they sent out another product fast! As well as another entirely sperate identical order as an apology!

100% recommend this product for guys! Its truly undetectable and very easy to use. The fix pen is my favorite to get the mustache, goatee, eyebrow hairs in place last minute! The camo concealer truly is camouflaged as it works into the skin leaving an even skin told and a nice brightness to the under eye area. Try it for yourself, you wont be disappointed!

I accidently ordered the wrong shade. Even though it was my fault, the service reps made the return process easy, and quickly got me what I had intended to order. They were a pleasure to work with.

Suddenly, after a few weeks of having received my order (shipped to Canada) I received a bill in the mail from FedEx for customs and duty charges! $59.00 CAD! As there was no mention of these fees upon ordering or check-out I contacted Menaji to inquire.

Within a couple of hours I received a response notifying me that this was an extremely unusual situation, and they provided a refund!

It is so rare these days to experience such prompt customer service, and such an honourable resolution! Well done and thank you!

Great product, easy to use website, speedy delivery!

I have used Menaji skincare products for about six years. When I first used it, I could not believe how much better Menaji performed over other products which I had used throughout life. Once or twice I have depleted my supplies and have been forced to use other highly rated products; however, I have not found them to be as comfortable or as thorough as the Menaji products I have used.

I have been using Menaji for about 2 years and I can't say enough good things about them. Just tried their face scrub too, very good quality and leaves your face fresh and smooth!

Compact doesn't function properly. I have dealt with this a few times in the past. I still love the product and end result.
