The B12supplement is great in both taste and effectiveness. B12 is what I need as I have mild anemia. I have half a dropper full each morning before eating anything. I figure this will work best on an empty stomach. I prefer the under the tongue over the tablet form.

Meonutrition's 'RediMind' works for me
Meonutrition's 'RediMind' had a somewhat reasonable price, what appeared to be a science based study backing their product and it seems to be working for me. I haven't been dealing with as much brain fog, forgetting what I'm doing at work due to my brain going on autopilot or becoming confused while counting back money to guests. I still have these issues occasionally, but they're not as frequent or of such lasting duration. Either the product works or it's psychosomatic. Either way, I'll take it. The shipping was quick, the packaging was adequate and they don't send me a thousand emails a day. If you're aging like I am and finding brain fatigue is a growing problem, give it a shot. The worst that will happen is it doesn't work for you.
