Poor quality control. I ordered three bottles of the CoQ10 and the capsules are different colors and some are half filled.

Meonutrition has been a huge part of my fitness transformation. Their supplements are clean, and I love how well my body reacts to them. No more sluggish days.

Be WARNED: This company is a HUGE scam. I was charged $260 for something I NEVER ordered. Still waiting to receive a refund.

Website is difficult, went to help @ meonutrition.com as shown on the bottle and it was down. Tried chat kept giving same response as if not understanding my messages, googled phone number and mailbox was full.
Wanted to order and correct information about a lost debit card for payment, Finally just gave up. Too bad product is good.

Last night this company sent me something I didn’t order (for the 2nd time ) at 3am ..I’ve filed a complaint with the FTC .They charged me 83$….They sent me something I never heard of and I was forced to pay $25 to return it .I was forced to cancel the credit card …..They have no headquarters …just a p o box .None of their supplements are inspected

This company is a scam. Ordered a 3 month supply of a supplement. They charged me and sent me a tracking number. The next day, they cancelled the shipping label. Reached out to customer service who said they’d handle it. Been waiting 3 weeks for them to recreate the shipment, but it’s been ignored. Customer service is unreachable for refund now.

This company has terrible customer service. They sent my product to the wrong address. They said they corrected it but did not. You can't talk to them on the phone.

I ordered a trial bottle with a 10% discount, I received the order later than expected no 10% off and I was thinking that was it, then I received a notification there was an order in progress from Meo, I sent three emails trying to cancel and get conformation so, I have mailed it all back for refund.?

I always buy my Multivitamin from Meo Nutrition and have them on subscription. It saves me even more on their already great prices.

Please heed the warnings on this site in regard to their subscriptions and money back guarantee. I received emails from “Chris” too, like another customer mentioned here. I returned my 2 Berberine bottles, meeting all the requirements they state and request on their site, and 2-3 months later I realized they never refunded me. They kept saying they would take care of, escalate it to the appropriate team. I finally just disputed it with my bank. I feel bad for CC companies now having to fight against all these scam sites that seem so legit to us as consumers. Do not sign up for a subscription- just don’t. If you want to order items and are content with not returning for money back guarantee, then you should be fine. They do seem to at least mail your order to you.

I've purchased Turmeric Platinum for joint health from Meo Nutrition for a long time. I’ve tried other companies but always return for Meo's reliable quality and competitive prices. They're a critical part of my training regiment.

I’ve canceled this recurring order 7 times. Had multiple emails acknowledging that with their customer service. Yet they informed me 2 days ago they were shipping again! I told him NO and they again ignored me.shipped-charged me again despite the fact that I blocked them. Their customer service is horrible. They acknowledge that I’ve canceled and yet they still attempt to charge me and send these way overpriced vitamins. Don’t waste your time or money!

I cancelled my subscription in September. I was billed October 1. Sent meonutrition an email and they responded via email where they assured me that it was a system glitch and it was indeed cancelled. I requested to return the product and was sent a broken link. Went to their website requesting the return form and label but it was never sent. Manually cancelled again on their website in October to verify it was indeed cancelled. November 30 they charged me again for a cancelled subscription. I went to their website this morning and manually cancelled the subscription for the third month. Have been disputing the charges with my bank and they are still investigating the case. Do not buy from this company!!!

Absolutely a scam operation. I made an order on a Sunday and canceled it an hour and a half later after I'd found a bunch of negative reviews. I sent an email and cancellation order through their website and got a response saying Chris would "take care of it". Instead of cancellation and refund 6 days later I received an order shipped message with tracking. The order took a week to arrive it registered as a global package. After multiple other emails insisting on a return and refund I still have neither.

Do not use this company. You cannot return products as they say. They will not send you a code when you request it, as they advise you to do, and if you contact them by email they will send you a link that takes you to a 404 error page. Yet they will continue to send you product and charge your card. I had to dispute with my credit card and change my credit card number. And I don’t believe the products work as advertised. Can anyone this scammy really be making a quality product?

Company is a scam. Ordered, product made me ill, paid to return where tracking, over a month later and numerous emails still have not received a refund

Update-meo nutrition asked me to update my review. So after almost a year of me continuing to reach out, over and over, each time they said I would get my refund momentarily, I finally did at the end of March 2025. So still very much 1 star, if you have the energy/spite to devote hours to get a refund, you may actually get it!
