My cats absolutely love meowbox! The subscription makes it so easy for me to make sure they always have toys and treats on hand.

I’ve tried a lot of pet products over the years, and Meowbox genuinely stands out. Every box feels thoughtfully curated with creative toys, quality treats, and fun themes that actually keep my cat engaged. It’s one of the few subscriptions that still feels exciting when it shows up, and it consistently delivers real value and joy for both me and my cat.

I got my cats this subscription for Christmas last year, then got sick and ran into some serious financial challenges. These guys were very understanding and empathetic. I got a similar subscription for my dog with another Canadian company, and I've been fighting with them for months to let me cancel my subscription. They just keep bouncing payments and harassing me.
Meowbox has good quality products, and over the top excellent service! Once i can
afford it, i plan on reinstating my subscription. Highly recommend!

love the quality of their products and the focus on well crafted treats & toys many times by small businesses. it also makes a great gift. left me add the themes are so cute and they have the best customer service team!

I have two cats and they have both found their favourite toys through meowbox. One of them loves their fat kickers and the other goes nuts over anything with feathers. They both devour the treats that come in the box, plus the box itself.

Meowbox is so fun! All of the toys are soo cute and the events Meowbox puts on, like Catnip & Chill and Meowfestival, are always a blast. Definitely recommend!

I’ve tried a few different pet subscription boxes over the years, and Meowbox has been by far the best for my cat (and for me!). Every box feels thoughtfully curated, with a mix of high-quality toys, treats, and surprises that actually keep my cat engaged and entertained. The toys are unique and often themed, which makes opening the box feel fun and special every month. I also love that many of the items are exclusive to Meowbox, you won’t just find them at any pet store.

The treats are always a hit, and I appreciate that they often feature natural ingredients and smaller brands I might not have discovered otherwise. The packaging is adorable and personal (they even include my cat’s name on the inside of the box, which is such a sweet touch). Shipping has been reliable and customer service is friendly and responsive whenever I’ve had a question.

Overall, Meowbox has exceeded my expectations. It’s not just a box of cat stuff, it’s an experience that brings joy to both me and my cat every month. Highly recommend to any cat parent who wants to spoil their furry friend with something special!

meowbox is a monthly delight for my boys! The toys are adorable, high-quality, and themed. I love that you can choose no treats since one of my boys is on a special diet. They have amazing customer service—friendly, quick to respond, and always willing to help. My boys gets so excited when the box arrives, and I love the personalized touch with their names inside. Highly recommend!

We’d never tried a subscription service for anything but decided to give this a go. When the first box arrived and had our two cats’ names handwritten on the box we were so pleasantly surprised. Each month’s changing theme was as fun for us to explore as it was for the cats!

Our cats are a bit picky as far as which types of toys they each like, but each box always had enough variety that they both found multiple things they enjoyed. We would highly recommend Meowbox for any cat lover and even gifted a subscription to our friends!

They have some how managed to slowly jack the price up from $15 to almost $40 a month. They are worse than telecom companies. It was good value at $15 it's a complete and utter ripoff at $40. Goodbye.

I made my order on 9/15 and the email said 3-10 days. Then, 4 days later, I get an email that is was shipped but would take 3-10 days, increasing original arrival time by 4 days. I reached out to them via email and it took a few days for a response. I told them that this was a gift and the person was moving soon. Their reply was to just hope it would arrive on time. Package has still not arrived and the person moved. Impossible to cancel the order now. It's between DHL and USPS so I cannot get it shipped back to mewobox or redirected so at least I get the box so it does not go to waste, after all, I PAID FOR IT. The customer service is slow to respond and this is a huge disappointment and waste of my money. Sad. I do not recommend

My two cats absolutely love this box. It’s nice to get a steady supply of new cat toys, as they get bored quite easily and the selection at my local pet store doesn’t change often of course. So that’s been an absolute blessing. It’s also a great way to try new treats and food… some of them are a hit, and some a miss, but that’s just how it is with cats, and it’s a fantastic way to keep trying new stuff to see what they will like. Of course, their favorite is always the box itself, and the scratchpad. There are always a few play fights over who gets to sit in the new box. 😻

It's Sydney here, your new customer. The box was delivered to my Mum but I just knew it was for me! I love the box, it has a scratching pad and I especially liked my new toys, particularly the mouse that moves on it's own. I'm quite old well I'm about 12 and I can still enjoy playing!!
