Out for x rays when needed to remove device from body. I dropped my device and was contacted by monitoring promptly. Polite and professional enquiry after incident occurred left me satisfied. Thankyou.

Easy installation. Helpful staff. Reliable products include key safe and mobile alert button with GPS and sudden fall detector. Reassuring to have daily check in rather than just monthly. Home pendant is waterproof so I can wear in shower.

Helpful and friendly staff along with good products. An all-round good experience.

I haven't had to use you yet and hope I never have to. However I have accidentally pushed the button and had a quick response for which I thank you and I apologize for this.

Happy with the setup and testing procedure. Have not had a need to press the 'help' button yet so can't comment on that part of the service.

As a person living alone now, I feel safe that if I need help it is only a button pressed away, to receive same.

Very helpful and friendly and quick service, looking forward to getting it all installed next week. Will feel much safer when I know someone will be there to help if anything happens.

I found the installation guy was very helpful however I forgot to press the button on the 16th and I can't remember which button I have to press.

Our daughter organised for my husband and myself to get our MePacs.
We found the Company were very helpful and supportive in installing
the discs. We were having trouble with the antenna, so the
maintenance man came out on Sunday to fix it. We were very appreciated
of the service.

Only been using dependent for a few days. All seams fine.

I would rate your service as zero, from the time the purchase request was made months ago from Care Connect on my mothers behalf we still do not have the pendent or the set up.

I understand lock-down prevents this but it is deemed an essential service to her as her safety comes first.

I found the staff I spoke to helpful but was disappointed to find that I cannot obtain a mobile alarm for sometime. This was not explained when I signed up and as I walk regularly I feel a little dismayed. I have also requested help with transferring the home alarm to the wrist fitment but have not received any advice,

Service has started only recently and initial communications and support has been satisfactory. With more experiences and interaction the rating may become higher!

I received the initial call from MePACS today and found they were very helpful and easy to understand when setting up the device.
