We recently had the team renewing our windows in the entire house. From the very friendly consultation, to the communication prior to installing, to the actual installation on the day, we cannot fault anything. Everyone has been so efficient and very well mannered. The team clean up after themselves and I cannot fault any part of their work. Plus, our windows are like wow. That's the best way to explain it. Highly recommended company

Had full set of windows and front and back doors. Love them! Even the initial meeting with the sales team was relaxed yet informative. Installation was earlier than expected but the service throughout has been fantastic. Aftercare was also outstanding. Great team of workers. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent service from start to finish and after, no hard sell from start.
New windows throughout and new back door, 2 days to do the work and very little disturbance. Just left them to get on with things while I helped neighbour with fence and they kept me informed of what was happening.
Once finished I noticed a few things as you would but all cosmetic things and was all sorted with no issues. One other thing I did notice was a scratch on one of my main windows in living room and phoned about this and this was also sorted within 2 weeks with a full replacement of glass panel without any issues also.

Great service. Just had all the windows, front and back door replaced and with new ones installed. Process from sale to end was very smooth and arranged on time.

Was very impressed with the end result. The guys done an excellent job removing the old and installing the new. Left the guys alone in the house to get out of their way while working and come back later in the day to find them finishing up and cleared any mess after themselves showing great customer care.

Would highly recommend if anyone is thinking about any improvements.

Very professional work carried out by Kenny and Derek. Friendly and very punctual.
Explained each part of the job in detail and also gave some recommendations for the furure.
All rubbish cleared away and no mess left in the house.

An awesome team.. Came and installed a new door to create an enclosed porch area.. left no mess, quick installation.

And happy came out ASAP when the original door lock wasn't working and replaced it with no hassle!

Meraki Halo carried out renovation works including fitted kitchen, other joinery works, plastering, painting and electrical works in our home. I cannot recommend them highly enough. All the the work was first class, they communicated with us daily to make sure we were happy with everything and check in with us. They turned up on time, their tradesmen were first class, polite, tidy and so considerate especially as I was working from home during the works. We are absolutely over the moon, I was not the easiest customer given that I changed my mind on a number of points but nothing was too much trouble. The price we paid was exceptionally reasonable and I will never go anywhere else if and when we want to carry out more work in the house. Thanks very much. Andrea Donnelly
