Worst ever service, clothes given back dirty. Pick n delivery both delayed
No confirmation on number of clothes given. Never ever try this bad option.

No professionalism at all their pickup guy doesn’t come in the selected time slot and then will call you multiple times late evening for pickup.
They will not deliver your laundry on time and on the 3rd day the guy will say sir late hoga deliver ya kal subhe le lo and this time it has been 4 days and there’s no update on my laundry

worst experience ,i have given total 43 clothes for laundry and 8 clothes for dry cleaning , From they returned 38 clothes from laundry and they have no idea of the rest of the clothes. which had a lot of expansive clothes.

Pathetic service
Only pick up and drop is good.
Rest the closet he’s are as it is , before and after is still the same
The only difference was, they were folded.
Don’t know the meaning of dry cleaning and washing.
Charged for dry cleaning and they did washing.
The blazer is still the same before and after !!
Don’t give your closes for dry cleaning, it’s better to give it to a shop who are professionals.

I have taken service from those se people ( Sreeshtasetty) who took my order , I have given 21.4 kg 61 clothes which they charged me 200 plus , they took 4 days to deliver but not even one cloth is orion properly , they just folded the clothes and did some steam irion on top and gave , I have videos and pictures but there is no option to post it here, clothes were smelling , they shrink wrapped 15 clothes in one , they dint even put it in proper cover , very unprofessional, I showed it to the delivery person too he said he is just a delivery person and I said let your owner respond to me until then I won’t pay , she threatened me to go to police for cheating all that finally police have come and checked and confirmed that irion is very bad and he left , later she said she will re do it again but I couldint trust after all these , threatening for wrong service is very bad I can’t upload photos and videos here which is the proof

Took a leap of faith with mera laundry. It was my first time using their service but I gave in 30 pieces of my clothing and they came back in perfect condition. They were washed and folded (the service I chose). Very polite and helpful service.
Will be using their service for future use as well!

I gave my curtains for dry cleaning. After three days they were brought back badly ironed and shrunk. Now the curtain is shorter than the back cloth it has. Clearly they were put under washing which has caused the shrinkage. Dry cleaning does not cause such shrinkage.
I have requested for detailed standard operating procedure for dry cleaning of curtains that's been administered by you guys to ensure quality from your laundry partners, and a resolution to the shrinkage problem that I am now facing.
