Uses shady tactics to spam email market itself

I paid to purchase shirts on 11th of June 2025 but I didn't get the products so far? If the site is fraud then be ready for the results.

Didn't get item, I ordered, and couldn't get in contact with them,scram for a blow up tent.

I had a very troubling experience with Merchant Genius. After being listed on their platform, I was suddenly bombarded with an overwhelming number of spam and scam emails—well over a hundred—many of which appeared to originate from regions known for fraudulent activity. Some of these even escalated to attempts to interfere with my internet service using false information.

Naturally, I submitted a formal GDPR request asking for the deletion of my personal data. Shockingly, the email address provided on their official website is not even functional. My message was rejected with an “Address not found” error, making it impossible to exercise my legal rights under data protection laws.

This raises serious concerns about how this company handles user data and whether they are compliant with basic privacy regulations. I strongly advise others to think twice before sharing any personal information with this platform.

Still a PURE SCAM website built to damage small businesses. This website is only about collecting informations and put them on a page per shop without even check the actual informations or even store domain. What is really worst with this SCAM is that they even TRY TO STEAL SMALL BUSINESS TRAFFIC on GOOGLE with their SHADY ATTEMPTS TO RANK ON BRAND NAMES. Look for a shop name on GOOGLE and you'll see by yourself their SHADY ATTEMPTS. Of course you can ask for a removal but then you will only provide them with information that they shouldn't even known. So Yes, merchantgenius.io is a PURE SCAM and NOT A LEGIT website at all.
