Mersey Bathrooms Ltd Reviews

I am absolutely delighted with my new bathroom. Our fitter Artem worked very hard and cleaned up every day after himself. The workmanship is second to none and the job was finished in 4.5 days. Thank you Mersey Bathrooms. Would definitely recommend this Company.

We used Mersey bathrooms based upon a personal recommendation and we are really happy with the outcome. The fitter was extremely efficient, clean and tidy and involved us in the little decisions as we went along. The work was completed within the time frames given and the price exactly as quoted. Would not hesitate in recommending to anyone looking to upgrade their bathrooms.

Amazing ! Fitter worked continually non stop, good quality stuff too, thanks so much

Excellent service, I was very pleased with my bathroom and would recommend to anyone!

Brilliant from start to finish, all taken care of as expected, very efficient and courteous installation operative who was very clean and professional. Slight Snagging issue was documented by install guy and resolved quickly and without having to chase which was bonus. Would recommend for a smooth, stress free transaction

Where do I start? I am in awe of the workmanship that Vilius from Mersey Bathrooms has put into transforming my bathroom. He came on a Monday at 8am like agreed, to demolish it but found it had a subfloor that was bellied and a few of the boards (especially under the shower) were saturated and rotted, as well as pipes corroded. Vilius was transparent about this and said the company would contact me the next day to give me a quote for the materials and labor for this extra work. They rang me bang on 8am with a very reasonable costing!!

Vilius did not stop for a break in all 6 days and was exceptionally maticulous and professional throughout, even coming back on his day off for us to do the quality assurance checklist because I had somewhere to be at the time he completed the job. He had every right to say no yet he was understanding and very laid back about it. I'd trusted in leaving him to get on with the job whilst I popped out on serveral occasions and all was completely fine.

The overall finish has floored me! It really is my dream bathroom! From walking into the Showroom, to going through my requests with Arty who measured up and chose my bathroom suite with me, to the lads who came every single day to collect rubbish or drop off materials, it has been such an easy and pleasent experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend Mersey Bathrooms to anyone wanting a new bathroom. I expected high quality service but they have been next level! Great fellas who know what a hard days graft is and take pride in their work and business. I am so glad my parents recommended them to me after having both their bathroom and toilet renovated by them!

Thank you, Mersey Bathrooms and Vilius for making my bathroom such an amazing space to relax in!

If you are needing a bathroom refurb, please hit these guys up! So professional & organised from start to finish. From Andy coming out to quote initially & the arrival of fitter Victor who was absolutely brilliant! He arrived on time every day & didn't stop!!! - He is such a grafter & his attention to detail was second to none. He is a credit to Mersey Bathrooms. He consulted me about everything before he did it to ensure I was happy. There were a few small hurdles along the way but he dealt with it like a true professional & did a truly fantastic job! 10/10⭐. We are so pleased with the outcome. Thank you to Victor & Mersey Bathrooms🙌🏼

By far the best company I have ever had to do any renovations in my house. From the start when Arty came to do the survey and quote. I find with other companies they will try to change your ideas to suit what works best for them to fit, whereas I was not questioned at all about my choices just supported. We were kept up to date with every step and the fitter Bohdan was there first thing on the Monday morning and worked tirelessly for 3 days solid and completed my bathroom to the highest standard I couldn't be happier with the result, he genuinely is a credit to the company! Without a doubt I will be recommending this company to anyone who needs a new bathroom.

Excellent service from Mersey Bathrooms from start to finish. Communication throughout the project was excellent, particularly regarding the project progress, material deliveries, and payment terms.

Serghei, the bathroom fitter, was excellent. He was professional, communicative, and very accommodating when we requested minor changes. He always checked with us regarding details such as the location of the lights, toilet roll holder, and shower niche, which we really appreciated.

There was a minor issue with the flush mechanism a few days after completion, but this was resolved by the maintenance engineer within a week under the one-year warranty.

Overall, we are really pleased with our new en-suite and would highly recommend Mersey and the team.

Had a home visit and were measured up and went through the options that were available, we were advised to visit there showroom and make our choices and to see the bathrooms. The installation went great. Refuse clearance was great also and the guys were very tidy and professional throughout. Would recommend if you’re looking to get your bathroom installed and are after the quality finish you deserve.

Fantastic service and beautiful workmanship from the fitter responsible for my bathroom renovation. He was friendly, very professional and always kept me informed of the work he was doing, often checking whether I was happy with the location and placement of furniture and fixings. It was a pleasure to have him in my home and I’d highly recommend Mersey Bathrooms to those looking for a bathroom makeover.

Highly recommend Mersey bathrooms. I’d spent months looking for bathroom fitters, got ghosted by some after initial
Contact, ghosted by others after coming out to measure up and was quoted over £10,000 by 2 other for a relatively small basic rip out and refurb and told it would take 2-3 weeks! I was dubious about mersey bathrooms claims of average 4 days and the price however the guy doing the bathroom was a machine!! Started at 9 on Monday morning and was done by 12.30 the Thursday!! Quick, clean and professional results! From start (coming out to measure/plan/quote) to the delivery of the products to fitting and customer service Mersey bathrooms were amazing!!

Mersey Bathrooms worked very hard to create and fit my new bathroom. I’m so made up with it and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.

Fantastic company to use. Took 6 days to totally transform the bathroom, that’s removing a bath and installing the shower, the attention to detail is excellent. Loving our new shower. The fitter was very professional, quiet unless drilling. Made sure we had a toilet every night to use. All rubbish was removed and no trace left behind that the fitter had even been. Would highly recommend!!

Had my bathroom finished last week by David, couldn’t be happier with the finished result
He worked none stop to get my bathroom completed in the recommended time frame and everyone who sees the bathroom says how gorgeous it is

We chose Mersey Bathrooms on a recommendation from my sister. They came out twice to survey.

There was no big sell - very chilled - showed us everything they could produce.

Eventually went with our choices and were pretty excited .

The communication with the company was outstanding.

Oddly - the fitter turned up when they said they would - put a proper shift in every day until it was finished - 9 hours no break each day. I’m not really used to seeing this level of commitment with tradespersons.

The fitter was immaculate - cleaned up daily - very tidy - everything he told us would happen did.

The end result was far far far above my expectations. It looks amazing .

This was worth every penny. The company was flawless. If there was an issue - they sorted it immediately.

Thank you

Beautiful transformation. Excellent service from start to end. Work ethic second to none. Clear up brilliant. Professional and efficient.

Really pleased with Mersey Bathrooms, from start to finish they were very professional. Julius was very informative when showing samples and was kept upto date right up to the fitting, which was done by Rob.
He worked non stop from 9 until 6, left everywhere tidy at the end of each day. Completed the bathroom in 4 and a half days. Would recommend Mersey Bathrooms without hesitation.

From quote to Finnish easiest renovation ever, everything arrived day before, all of rip out mess removed on day 1,days 2 and 3 fitter put in 11 hour days, day 4 any unused materials and all rubbish removed, fitter finnished the job, cleaned the room and left, job done to a really high standard, I have never delbt with such an organised company, it was like clockwork, really impressive.
