Mersey Bathrooms Ltd Reviews

Over the moon with both our bathroom and en-suite. Yan and Edvinas absolutely work their socks off, and produced 2 amazing rooms. Thank you both. Hope one of you return for when we get the downstairs toilet done. Amazing from start to finish.

What a fantastic experience with Mersey Bathrooms today. Massive shout‑out to Edgar, who was absolutely amazing — he moved three full bathroom suites, wall panels, a shower tray, and shower screens all by himself and made sure everything was stored safely in my back garden. Hard‑working, polite, and a credit to the company.

The communication from Mersey Bathrooms has been spot on from day one — clear updates, accurate delivery dates, and no hassle whatsoever.

Would I use them again? Without a doubt — 100% yes.
Top service from start to finish. Cheers lads!!

My en suite refurbishment started on Bank holiday Monday and was completed on Wednesday.
The work has been completed to a high standard, all of the fixtures and fittings appear also to be a high quality.
The fitting was without drama and was conducted in a professional manner.
My property was respected, was kept clean, tidied everything at the end of the job.
The rubbish removal was also arranged and was undertaken as described.
Highly recommended.

Just had my bathroom renovated by Mersey Bathrooms who were amazing. Could not fault these guys from the consultation to the fitting. I am over the moon with the bathroom, and Alex our fitter worked so hard, he turned up early morning and left late at night. I would highly recommend this company, they were fast efficient and perfectionists. Thanks Mersey bathrooms

Would like to thank Mersey Bathrooms from start to finish, firstly to Julius when he came to measure up and show me all the samples they have he was very polite. Secondly I would like to say a massive thank you to Bohdan, the bathroom fitter for all his hard work from 4/5/26 to 7/5/26 he was very polite, cleaned up each day after work. He hardly had a break was very professional in his work and had the bathroom done in 4 days,I absolutely love my bathroom and would definitely recommend Mersey Bathrooms to anyone.

Being a sceptical and fussy person, I was concerned Mersey Bathrooms would not live up to the many fabulous reviews but, thankfully, my worries were completely unfounded. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. They are are super efficient, polite, professional and my fitter, Emilian, was one of the most hard working guys I've ever witnessed. As others have said, he worked non-stop over 5 days, rarely taking a break. The fit and finish of my new bathroom is laser accurate and Emilian left everything clean and tidy before leaving each day. He kept me well informed as he was working and nothing was too much trouble even when I asked things to be slightly changed along the way. The quality of the fixtures and fittings are top notch also.
I payed more than twice the basic cost quoted because I wanted better quality panels, flooring & fixtures but the finished bathroom is still half the price other companies had quoted for a similar finish.
Thank you Mersey Bathrooms, another very pleased customer !

Would highly recommend, excellent workmanship. Really love my new bathroom. Nikolay was brilliant, really helpful, always communicating what he was doing, extremely careful and would not leave until he cleaned up everyday! Rubbish was taken straight away and the final product is excellent.

Had bathroom fitted with them they came out and measured up done plan paid deposit work started 11.05.26 within 2 days fitter produced bit of paper with just £1200 on it and wanted money that day in cash , we told him no as you are not allowed to get that out in cash ,
Day 1 started taking shower tray out turned water off ,damaged wall ,ripped bathroom floorboards up ,and then waited for materials ,shower tray arrived ,to small for area ,so took rubbish away ,went home asked fitter about water ,reply was no water ,day 2 shower screen arrived fitter could not lift on his own ,only for it to be wrong item so went back came back with other door but would not open as door would open directly onto sink , also timber arrived warped ,asked him to turn water o but told no water ,
Day 3 no water and no heating , don't think fitter knew about gas boilers as he didnt understand it ,day 4 Friday we were desperate ordered 6 x 5 l bottles of water , to just flush loo .
Ended up staying in hotels from Wed thru till sat as he stated last day ,so we thought but no due to basin being wrong size ,in end we ended up sat going to the sports centre just to have shower ,
Sunday fitter stated 1 hr but ended up till 13.30 before we could put gas and water on .but find mirror is the wrong way up to cover the live wires behind , shower supposed to be thermostat but only does scolding hot or freezing cold ,so unable to use shower ,floor panels are not what we ordered and are very cheap ,

Had a recent bathroom upgrade completed by Mersey Bathrooms,Excellent service from start to end and the fitter Mercy was on time everyday and fitted to a high standard and was incredibly clean and tidy

The company was really easy to deal with. From initial email contact all conversations were clear and prompt in returning emails. Arty came out to measure up and bring samples to choose from and after going into the shop changed one of my plans which he easily sorted. Ion the fitter arrived on Monday morning at 9am and has just left at 5pm Friday after installing a full bathroom. Really impressed with his workmanship and diligence. He barely took a break. Was here on time everyday and upon leaving everywhere was left tidy. Great procedure for collecting all the rubbish too each day. I’m really happy with my bathroom and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I am pleased with my bathroom, Martynas worked really hard, he cleaned up every day all rubbish was taken away, he had it completed in 4 days I would highly recommend Mersey Bathrooms

From the initial measurements and talking through options to the installation, Mersey Bathrooms provided great service and at a great price.

Rimvydas our bathroom fitter did an outstanding job completing before the estimated timescale. A small problem with new tap leaking(design fault) was sorted very promptly. I would highly recommend Mersey Bathrooms as they are very professional and helpful.
