Metacritic Reviews 

It is THE website that compiles critic reviews of all games and it has a massive list but the loading times are off and some new changes are weird.

Back then, this website is a good visit for reviews. Now, with slow loading times which is very annoying when i click some reviews.

I made an account awhile back so I could start reviewing games I've played, I made a starfield review and reported a bunch of 1 worded "reviews "in other games threads. Next time I checked the account, my review was deleted and I can't access my account or post anything. Really bad service, I got hold of metacritc helpdesk but they haven't been helpful as of yet

Used to be good until the new interface,now games don't show up in categories with "no results found",really disappointing,so much better before they messed with it.

Cant right reviews... just says sorry we can't post your review right now.

Metacritic is a horrible website! They delete bad reviews from critics and users. They leave the good reviews up. Avoid this site at all costs.

Metacritic is just a place for sour people who pretend to be critics. Enough said. I stay away from this site. I never even read their reviews because I know they are not written in a neutral way. It's just a bunch of people who takes a dump on something they didn't like. I you want real reviews just go to the IMDB , atleast their scores are realistic

Metacritic is perhaps one of the worst websites I've ever used - believe me that is saying something because I've used Facebook, Twitter and similarly awful and exploitive terrors.

Unbelievably, it's impossible to create accounts using certain email domains. I've tried Protonmail, for example, and it's completely hopeless attempting to sign up with that, as it generates an error that states something like "email not valid." Intriguingly, it's possible to sign-up with other email domains, such as Gmail and Outlook, although that's perhaps not surprising given the propensity towards more exploitive and invasive technology the web seems to favour.

What makes this incredibly hilarious, is after creating an account - I did so with another email domain not mentioned above - it's completely impossible to post reviews on the site. Yes, every attempt to post a review returns a "403 Forbidden" error. This has happened on multiple browsers, including most of the popular ones, regardless of whether add-ons, VPNs etc are disabled. A completely neutral Internet Explorer, for example, doesn't even function. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Their 3rd-party customer service, called "red ventures", I believe, also haven't been remotely helpful. It's been around 2 months since the initial log-in issues and there's been no update regarding this. There's also been no update in around 5 weeks regarding being unable to post reviews on the site. They've completely ignored my last few update requests for example. Really bad experiences in general.

Date of experience is within the last 2 months, I believe.

Claims that they only remove reviews written by bots, if that's the case then it's weird why all the positive bot scores are left alone and only the negative ones are actually being removed. Don't trust them zero integrity

Fake critic reviews, deleting negative reviews etc.

I have had reviews removed both positive and negative that were thoughtful of TV shows, and movies, and also clean and respectful in language with no notification to me. I reviewed a recent tv show giving it around a 7 out of 10 the other day, but maybe that was not high enough for them as they quietly removed it. I have also had reviews that refuse to post. Terrible, and unprofessional behavior. I need to make sure I save them in a document first next time.

They have removed negative reviews, and prohibited me from writing more. I'm not going to overreact and say this is "literally 1984", but how can they consider themselves a legitimate site when doing this? more like a paid industry sellout-shill

Mittlerweile kann man sich zwar endlich anmelden allerdings werden die Rezensionen / Bewertungen manipulliert und ungewollte einfach gelöscht.

Metacritic is deleting genuine reviews of pure constructive criticism, especially when it comes to woke and left leaned political agenda, yet they allow positive reviews through.
Extremely biased service that challenges the right you have to express your personal opinion.

Trash site , all review fake

Concentratore di recensioni per film, videogiochi, serie televisive e musica. Molto utile perché riunisce per ogni soggetto sia le recensioni della critica che quelle del pubblico, e mostra anche la media dei voti in entrambi i casi. Consente così di farsi in pochi minuti un'idea di quello che ci si accinge ad acquistare/vedere/ascoltare. Ovviamente le varie recensioni vanno sempre considerate con un pizzico di discernimento. Di solito quelle del pubblico sono più affidabili di quelle dei recensori "professionali", ma non è una regola fissa!
