BUYERS BEWARE – DECEPTIVE MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE!

Be extremely wary when purchasing Metagenics products!

I purchased their products in good faith, believing I was protected by their advertised Money Back Guarantee. When the products failed to meet my expectations, I requested a refund, only to be told that multi-buy purchases are excluded!

How convenient! Encourage customers to purchase more through promotional offers, then refuse to honour the guarantee!

Tried to cancel a subscription and order the second I got a notification and they refused to cancel, and instead processed to ship. Said essentially "tough luck".
The most inflexible or accommodating goods supplier. Will never buy from them again.

Canceling a subscription has been so difficult. Navigating their page, getting logged in and out. I get an alert that money has been taken out of my account. I call within 10 minutes and they informed me it can't be cancelled. Overpriced and really poor customer service. You haven't even sent the product, just call the warehouse, cancel it and then we are all happy.

Purchased a product containing large amounts of vitamin B six which is associated with nerve damage. Wasn’t told anywhere at the time of purchase and tried to cancel the order before it left the warehouse. This was refused and I was told that if I sent it back I would get a refund. This was weeks ago. Australia Post has confirmed they have received the product back and now they are not answering my emails and no refund has been received..

The worst customer service I have experienced. I recommend never purchasing from this company online.

Trying to cancel a subscription! First they want an account numver! Niw an order number!! How hard can it get!!!!! Asking me to call them in Australia!!
