I’ve ordered three posters and I love them all. One in particular was communicated very well to let me know it was on the way due to me making a mistake on the location I wanted it to be sent but no worries it was fixed with no hesitation.

Every poster I got are top notch. Great quality and definitely will be buying again. I even have a list of all the product I want to have. Also great for birthday and Christmas to give as a present

The best place to buy and fast delivery too

I’ve been ordering from them for awhile now they always go out of there way to make sure my order is just the way I want it I’ve placed a couple orders in the past and my last order some editing was going to mess up my order and they reached out back and forth a couple times to make sure my order was going to be perfect I was very nervous about how it was going to come out and they sure made me feel comfortable about it and once I got it perfect..

The quality of the posters is great – they look fantastic on the wall. However, my overall experience was very frustrating. Delivery took a long time, and for a while I had no tracking at all. The customer service did provide some information, but it was still stressful not knowing where my package was.

When the posters finally arrived, the packaging was poor. The corners were well protected, but the flat surface wasn’t – one of my posters arrived dented because the box had been punctured. After a long back and forth, I did get a replacement, but I had to pay extra, even though it wasn’t my fault.

Hanging the posters is simple, but the adhesive alone is unreliable. One picture fell off and got damaged, so I used nails with the magnets. Even then, months later another magnet came off of the poster and the poster fell again, leaving an even bigger dent.

We bought 5 large posters for €80–90 each, and with the additional costs for the replacement, it’s just not worth the money. As much as we love how they look, the problems with shipping, packaging, and durability mean I wouldn’t buy from Metaleks again.

I used to buy from competitors but Metaleks quality is.much better.

The only downside is the overall cost is on the pricy side, make sure to buy when they are on sale.

I have ordered alot from metaleks, and so far they haven't disappointed me in any way, there product are just amazing, so is the quality and are worth the money, also the safe wall magnetic system of putting the images on wall is just the best. I even ordered a few custom images and they also did a good job with those too.

Maybe not the most seamless customer service, but a good product and reliable company overall, in my experience

Die Bilder auf den Metallplatten haben eine erstklassige Qualität, Zubehör für die Wand war Vollzählig vorhanden. Absolut Top.

Allerdings war die Transportverpackung zwar gut gemeint aber für Lange Reisen Verbesserungswürdig. Was dazu führte das Unterwegs, das Paket ungünstig auf die Ecke geknallt ist und die Bilder an einer Ecke verbogen wurden. Schade.

Das Metaleks Support Team, sowie das Team von der Versicherungs Abteilung, haben auf meine Anfrage praktisch sofort geantwortet. Nach einem freundlichen und Erfolgreichen Gespräch, habe ich die 2 schwerer Beschädigten Bilder vollständig Rückerstattet bekommen. Die anderen 2 waren nur leicht verbogen und konnten wieder gerade gebogen werden.

Alles in allem würde ich da wieder bestellen. Vorausgesetzt Metaleks verbessert hoffentlich den Transportschutz vor Beschädigungen bei solch langen Reisen.

Amazing Quality. I ordered 6 metal posters for display for my wedding and they came out perfect. Everyone was impressed.

I am so thrilled about my poster. The original custom picture didn't fit their dimensions, so they gave me different options on what I could do. They were very helpful throughout the entire process. This is my second poster, and I will be purchasing more.

I got this metal poster for my brother's birthday, and the colors are fantastic. He was so happy with it - it made for a great gift.

The product is very much worth getting. Expensive, but it makes me feel good I can afford it. They make my wall very much more vibrant and they aren't difficult to put up. It's a pleasant enough company to patronize.

I ordered two small frames (Amazing prints — Itachi and Hinata from Naruto), and I couldn’t be happier with the quality.

To be honest, I was very skeptical at first due to the number of negative reviews and the 2.5 Trustpilot rating. But after receiving my order, I truly believe one of two things is going on:

Either the company had a rough start and is now under new, more responsible management,

Or a lot of the negative reviews are simply not accurate.

Regarding the complaints I saw:

“Magnets don’t stick to the frame” — This one really surprised me. The instructions are very clear: the 3mm strip goes on the frame, and the iron strip goes on the back of the artwork. It’s black on white in the guide. Misuse isn't the company's fault.

“Bad quality” — I received a top-notch, glossy metal print in A1 quality. It looks and feels premium, and the website lets you choose your product type and size.

“No response after buying” — Literally entered in contact with them with no problem, they corrected my address and added my email.

Final thought:
On their Facebook page, the team openly shows their faces and regularly posts videos of their products being made and delivered. That kind of transparency is not how a scam company operates. They seem genuinely proud of their work.

I am in love with these posters, they are beautiful and well made. I bought a lot from Metaleks and for each time I do I never had any issues and their customer service team is responsive.

Unfortunately, I had a problem with the DHL shipment, but customer service was incredibly helpful and responsive, and I finally received it via DHL a few days later. They acted quickly and found a good solution.
I will order again.

With the amazing quality and fantastic customer service I will only be going here for posters. I had a problem with the posters I wanted and instead of giving up they not only found a way to send the posters but were always in communication with me through the whole problem. The discounts are always great!

Metaleks is the one to go for metal posters. I love that you can also put any photo you would want as a poster and what's even better is that they would message you about the photo if something goes wrong. Say like if the photo is too small they will give you options of what to do with the photo. I've bought tons of posters from them and they have never been damaged at all and when it's more than one, it's all in one box. Definitely buying here again
