Literally never order from them! Horrible customer service. Doesn’t care if you ever receive your package or not.

I ordered 5 metal posters which arrived damaged. and the only Solution is to grab a hammer and bash it, is what they send you a video about explaining how you can unbend the metal posters which was damaged in transport because of international shipping. the art itself is beautiful. But remember to think about paying an extra service for shipping insurance if you order something from there as they wont do anything other then send a video showing you to bash it out.

No gloss on an HD metal print I ordered, looks dull as hell not close to what is being shown on the website or you tube.

I ordered the largest one they had on March 12th and it was supposed to show up in 10 to 14 business days. It didn't arrive until April 3 in a crumpled up box and not like the flat rectangle boxes you see in the unboxing review videos. What showed up was a beat up box that is a 4 inch in diameter and was almost 20 inches long rectangle, but like I said it was beat up and looked more like a cylinder tube. What came out was a rolled up poster that was a little thicker than a normal poster that was stuffed in a poorly
managed box and was crumpled in several spots. NO metal poster, NO magnets, NO glossy look just disappointment for 54.80. I've been trying to reach them and ask for a refund and as well as screen shotting everything. I even left a review on the main page for it not even to appear with the rest of the reviews and wouldn't you know it the reviews that are up are all 5 stars. Just so who ever stumbles across this review just know it's not about the money or the time wasted waiting on it to arrive. I get enough disappointment in my regular life and I work hard for what I have, so it irks me to no end when I finally decided to get something for myself just to cheated like this.

I ordered 14 magnetic posters of my favorite animes to decorate my wall. I spent alot of money for the product to be a disappointment. The posters don't stick. And they didn't send me enough magnets to hang each one up. Don't waste your money

Sehr schlecht verpackt, Produkt beschädigt sagen aber es wäre meine schuld. Kauft da besser nichts sind betrüger.

It's supposed to be one week it's turned to 30 days, then I received a cardboard omgg without any metal I payed 50€ for paper I wanna cry.

The product looks nice, but the competition is better quality at literally half the price.

Metaleks posters are not magnetic, and you will need to purchase a lot of magnets to stick to both your wall and the poster (They recommend nailing your magnet into the wall).

Fortunately, my posters arrived undamaged, but they refused to send any magnets, so I'll need to spend more on those and some adhesive.

If your posters have any issues I promise that they do not care.

Habe mir 2 Metallploster in xxl bestellt nach den Kommentaren hier dachte ich ohjee hoffentlich keine Dellen und knicke wegen dem Versand.

Ich bin so positiv überrascht… krass verpackt keine einzige Macke dran.

Hätte auch locker 50€ für ein Plastik case zum Schutz bezahlt wird aber nicht angeboten…

Fazit bestell lieber mindestens 2 weil das packet dann einfach stabiler ist und nicht so leicht geknickt werden kann beim Export…

My wife ordered a Christmas gift for me from Metaleks. One small and one medium sized piece. When it came in we noticed the package was damaged and upon inspection found that one of the corners on the medium piece was bent 90 degrees out. We contacted their customer service who sent a video on how to fix pieces that are slightly tweaked and not sitting flat. But that does not fix a 90 degree bend.

At this point they say tough luck, go get the corner cut off and offer to cover only a portion of the cut. Not sure about anyone else but would you cut the corner off of any of the pieces of art you have hanging and be ok with that? Especially paying full price for an undamaged piece?
Will not buy from them again. Customer service is non existent. Buyer beware. You have a 50/50 chance of getting what you order in a displayable manner. Check Reddit, lots of stories like this. My wife was unaware and we have paid for it. We will find a vendor who has good customer service in the future.

Ordered December 4th, paid for fast shipping,it never showed up. Contacted their customer service, they told me due too black Friday and christmas that it would be delayed. Reached out a number of times and asked them when will I receive it they did not not even fill the request yet ,this was done some days after christmas. These people suck, don't use them. I still have not received my items and they even told me I didn't pay for express shipping when I asked for that money back. Even after I sent them proof that I did. Use anyone else very bad customer service.

Ordered off the website, for the price, I thought I was getting the metal piece. Much to my disappointment for well $55, I got a stupid printed poster. It’s AI generated, so I waited till Christmas My Son to open it who is an artist himself he respectfully said he didn’t like it. It’s not accurate at all. The ears are wrong The lines in the face are incorrect. still in the package, the plastic not take it off. I contacted the company no refunds no nothing pretty much told me to go screw myself. do not buy from this company. If you want a piece of junk poster, go to the dollar store and buy the same damn thing. This guy says he does this himself?? No-crap work.

Been over a month and still no items. Ordered the week of Black Friday. No updated tracking. No response from customer service. Was excited to give posters to my child for Christmas but never arrived. Would not recommend.

It's been a month, still have not received my order... blamed it on black friday.. but I ordered it three weeks before black friday... paid for express shipping... extremely disappointed...

So far have not received. The email I was sent confirming order has broken links that you can’t access for tracking or the store. I email and get a response it’s coming. The customer service here really sucks. Beware. I’m not sure I should have purchased. May have to contact bank for fraud.

First off all the prints have a big watermark on the bottom right. Second and most importantly, they do not stick to the wall. I bought 4 poster and none have lasted more than 2 weeks. I tried emailing and instagramming the company but have not gotten any response and its been months since I've emailed and DM'd. You will not be hearing from them once you get your order.

I was skeptical about this company as I've always used Displate in the past, but the art on Metaleks was really appealing so I decided to purchase two posters. They arrived in great condition and the images are STUNNING. Super vibrant and glossy. It took a while to ship to the US from China and I was worried they would be damaged but the packaging protected them very well. One of the posters looked like it might be slightly warped when I was adjusting it on the wall but it's not at all noticeable and given how thin the metal material is, it may just be the result of the magnet. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised and happy with my purchase and will order again

Servizio clienti offre 20 euro su una spese di oltre 180 euro. Mai più. Sicuramente non acquisterò mai più da loro! E da quello che leggo è successo lo stesso ad altri clienti! Attenzione
