Scam!!!! I ordered a Ninebot GoCart PRO for my son and they keep lying about the delivery. Don’t use them!!!!! Have to call my AMEX to be refunded.

Also got scammed by the fake Metal Pigeon website (MetalPegeon.com) on March 10. Accepted my order, confirmed it , took my payment and that was the last I heard from them. Whoever handles their Chat feature is a real SmartA$$ and that’s when I knew I got scammed. Fortunately , I used PayPal figuring it was a safe way to purchase from this seller. I filed a complaint and request for refund with them. Had to submit copies of email receipts and order receipt, plus a screenshot of a chat. PayPal sent a copy of my complaint to seller and gave them until March 30th to respond and/or refund. They didn’t. PayPal reviewed the dispute and has ruled in my favor and credited the amount back to my credit card. I didn’t see all these bad reviews until after my order. I will be checking with trustpilot first before any future internet purchases.

Ordered garden equipment march 12th and now in process through PayPal to get refund. Site 100% fake and fraudulent. Emails change after an order, phone numbers change and never answered. Stay away!!!

This website is a scam and is using another website that sells quilts and other fabric goods as a proxy. The fabric website is real and the metal building, pools , lawn mowers is fake. The number is fake and we are in the process of disputing my husband purchase at this time.

Please do not buy anything from this site, I was scammed and bought a coffee machine 3/6/2025 and sadly never received it. Their number +1 (424) 480-4904 is never answered and the only way is the pop up chat and they now ignoring me once I give them my order number. I cant believe that this site is still up and running and scamming more people like myself losing money. Never will I buy from anything pegeon or pigeon in my life.

I was looking for a fairly good lawnmower and found one on their site. but I knew something was wrong the moment I bought something and I didn't get an emailed receipt or even a tracking number on the shipment (if it was even shipped). I sent an email and got the receipt a day later. I asked to cancel it well within their return policy and only got the receipt as a reply. I sent an email later to get a shipping tracking number and got an undeliverable response.

Complete fraud site. Person uses a stripe account linked to someone in France. The legit site spells pigeon correctly in the URL. This fraud site paid go daddy for a URL that is one letter different and they literally copied everything from Metalpigeon.com. I'll never get a graphics card or my money back. Don't trust anything here. You might as well light your money on fire for fun.

Fake site. They copied Metalpigeon.com almost word for word. Look at the spelling of the URL. This site is Metalpegeon and if you check their address and name at the bottom of the site it's a mirror copy of the legit site. I bought an expensive graphics card and will never get the card or my money back cause it went to someone's stripe account located in France.

Customer support was quick to reply. Although when asked about the BBB they took a while to respond. All they said was sorry we are a new company but you can trust us. That was not very business like. There are a lot of issues reported with the site as a business. For now I would not purchase anything from them until they show thier reputability. If you think I'm trying to discredit them look it up yourselves. If they are real I'd be a loyal customer. Thanks
