Very polite and friendly, was here very quickly once was reported, didn't leave till they checked everything was working properly, very pleased with them

Came out promptly, new pump installed, left the job all seemed well but the pump did not come on when the tank was full. Another month rolled by finally attended new floats installed, didnt work. 3 months rolled by attended again still didnt work despite phoning numerous times nothing finally spoke to the manager who said they would not turn up attend again without more money. I was £1300 out of pocket by now. Had another company come and have a look all it needed was a new control box.

They were very good did everything really quickly and very polite

We’re vey good attended but didn’t completely dove was ok two days then one neighbours had get south west water out big machine but that what your man said may need so all good had 3 times in 2 weeks

Luke came out to my property on the 23rd and 24th Nov 2025. He was very polite, very professional and explained everything so clearly. He cleared a problem that's been going on for years at my property with no trouble or stress and I could not be more grateful for his work. If everyone did their job as good as Luke does his, the world would be a better place

Was assigned Metro Rod (Doncaster) through my home emergency cover and wow did they do a fantastic job.From the very first contact arranging the visit to the work being done I was really impressed. Fast efficient and the quality of work been done was impressive and would highly recommend 👌

Great professional service

As soon as they was informed that they had to attend a job at my house they were quick in doing so. But sure mantinance lied. Telling me that they was a law against noise at night when I had human excrement Om my back yard!! Metro rod 5/5 sure mantinance 0/5

Very helpful as always a reacuring is sure for ther down but we always get the horrendous smell always happy when we see the van

The operation guy knows his job. Worked diligently without hmmm and arming, know what he had to do to fix the job right in one go, which he did with no mess or fuss. The water system is now running as it should be. Thanks guys GOOD job.

I see these guys at least every 2-3 months, they are always polite, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

The Chap who visited, sorry didn't get his name, my fault, was polite, informative and efficient, he had the water draining quickly and left the bathroom clean and tidy, can only say thanks to him.

Metro Rod were called out under our emergency home cover insurance. Their service was fantastic from keeping us informed as to their arrival time to the very professional and friendly man (Rob) who quickly solved our problem. I would definitely recommend them.

Pretty poor experience from the engineer not interacting ahead of visit and rushing off without any contact at the house.
Instructed a 'full' service, but the pump still has faults and the office are suggesting certain things are now not covered.
Could have done what was completed quite easily myself.
Engineer when he did arrive was polite and professional.
Expensive service....not good value for money. Won't use again.
