Booked an empty of a cesspit, waited over 2 weeks for availablity. First time using the company. We have a 10,000 Gallon tank so ordered a 4-5000 truck. Didn't show up, had to ring to find out what happened, driver couldn't find house, rang wrong number despite it being on order so gave up. Offered to send a tiny 1000 truck next day which I said is no use. Eventually sent a massive truck few days later but due to parked cars couldn't get in drive so had to ring for another truck the size originally ordered. Payment system is very slow and frustrating, driver rings, has to wait for someone to answer for me to pay over the phone. Need online handheld system that can process payments. Staff very friendly and helpful

They cleared my blockage that was further down the drain that another company failed to clear. They were very professional and punctual.

Arranged an emergency call out through Tom.
Ben arrived just over an hour later to a flooded shop cellar.
Straight to work, no complaints and got the access hatch up in said flooded cellar.
A good jetting cleared the drains, water levels dropped, and thought that was job done....
No. Ben then got the wet vac out and did his best to clear all that was left..

Great service, super responsive and quick. Engineer who came was patient and explained everything to me very well.

Not great. Had to have them out twice as job wasnt done 1st time as stated. Gutters were still full of weeds.. Am now waiting for repairs to leaking gutters caused by cleaning. Staff member was friendly and courteous though.

Very fast and efficient came out an hour after I contacted very polite and pleasant guy unblocked my sinks and toilets felt embarrassed as it was such a small job very happy with his customer service feel relieved now good job unfortunately didn’t get his name.

I reported the blocked drain to the Council. They were unable to unblock it,and they contacted Metrorod for me. The guy who came out was very polite, and did a thorough job,by unblocking the drain and testing it with a dye substance, to make sure it was properly unblocked and flowing freely. Good job! Thank you.
