Shipping was almost more that the screens. I needed more and a local place was same price with no shipping. Buyer beware

I ordered a sample of the dust stopper screen material. It is a decent size for decidng which area do I want to screen? It will be done

Incorrect size screen was shipped. They send a confirmation email but it's a jumble of information. They also wouldn't provide a reasonable resolution.

While it's possible, I entered the wrong dimensions; their confirmation emails dumps all the info together and is difficult to read/confirm. They didn't offer any reasonable options when I called, just saying it was my fault. It was cheaper to order through their competitor than their discounted rate.

Screens and shipping are 50% more than their competitors. I was charged $29 for shipping and it was expedited.

Screens arrived in great condition, ordering and measuring guide were helpful, and installation was easy! Will order more screens in the future.

We really appreciated the service we received from MSW. The order process was simple and the delivery was timely and ahead of schedule. The screen is awesome and is exactly what we wanted.

Only one very minor issue during installation of the Zig-Zag retractable screen for our bi-fold patio door. I read the instructions thoroughly and watched the animated install video. As I proceeded to the install, the instructions were clear on eliminating the slack when sliding the Magnet Profile to the other side of the opening, but not clear if there was not slack. I needed to adjust the cord lock tensioners before sliding it over because it would not slide past the midway point of the door opening. Again, not a big issue, but maybe something for the company to consider as a part of a instruction revision.

Great DIY option to create porch screens with varying opening sizes that are not-so-level. You can cut the frames with a regular chop saw but you risk scratching the frame when installing since you have to work piece by piece and the frame needs to be tight. As other reviewers said, I believe the supplied spline was way to thick for the channel so just picked up thinner spline at hardware store.

They advertise “no see um screen”. It’s not “no see um” effective. I have a screened in porch, which small midges still find a way in. I ordered $650 worth of this screen from metro screen works because it’s “no see um” proof. When I received it I realized it’s the same mesh I already have (20x20) and definitely NOT no see um proof. It cost me $202 to send it back to them.
I have to now buy 20x30 screen.

Great product, fast shipping , offering small amounts is a great way for anyone to try out what they need. Thinking of asking if they have sample swatches of the screens
