Fixed leak efficiently and worked very professionally

I would like to leave a review for the plumber Steve Jordan who attended my property to repair pipework from toilet to soil pipe.

Toilet was getting blocked every 4-6 weeks. Absolute nightmare!.

The work was particularly difficult due to access, and took many hours to complete, but throughout the entire job he remained steadfast, professional, and extremely hardworking. He approached the problem with patience and determination, and his knowledge and skill were very clear to see.
He did not rush the job and made sure everything was repaired properly and working correctly before leaving.

I was very impressed with his professionalism, attitude, and the quality of his workmanship. He was polite, and clearly very good at his job. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done. (As a BGas, Electric/ plumbing /Boiler service homecare customer of 22years he is one of best Tradesmen that has attended to any breakdown issues that my family have dealt with.

Stefan was very professional, when he walked in he listened to what i had to say about the leak and followed on with the repairs. After completing the repair he made me aware of the work carried out. The work area was clean when I inspected after the work had been completed and I am very happy for that. Thank you Stefan. Hope to see only you again in the future when I call for a repair

Olly came to fix our kitchen sink waste fitting today. He did an excellent professional job, explaining what he was doing as he went along. He made sure that there were absolutely no leaks after changing it out, staying on to replace the overflow which was quite a challenge after the original kitchen installers appear to have glued the screw holding the overflow in place. He also made sure that he cleared up after he completed the work. 10 out of 10 Olly!

Had Craig B, come to repair a leak. Very professional, explained everything. Left area clean after repair.

Engineer was courteous and professional. The job was attended to and completed to my satisfaction.

I logged an engineer visit at 7.15 pm and Simon arrived just after 9. He identified the problem with my leaking toilet, told me what it was and what he was going to do.

Replaced all faulty parts and now everything is working as it should.

Frank Matthews did a splendid job fixing some old taps that were leaking and replaced one which was very old and was spraying everywhere anytime I tried to wash my hands. He also went the extra mile to see if he could improve the water pressure in the kitchen. What a chap! 5 stars for sure.

I am a disabled person and there was a split in the main water tank. As soon as Metserve Dyno Engineer arrived, they assessed the situation and then put everything in motion to get a new tank installed as quickly as possible. The engineer was very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and helpful. It was an exceedingly good experience. Well done.

3. He was polite, friendly, efficient and professional.
4. He fixed the issue quickly and efficiently and also was happy to sort out a second small issue.
5. He worked cleanly and tidily.
What more could you ask?

We had a complex and difficult problem with a leaking toilet cistern. We had already had four plumbing visits which had failed to find or fix the problem. We were lucky to get Mark King who patiently spent over 2 hours examining the problem. He ended up dismantling the entire toilet and tracked the problem to a small crack in a plastic liner - which he then fixed. Throughout he was charming, calm, knowledgeable, professional and reassuring.

Aaron was very helpful today, he found the problem and got the necessary pipes to solve our issue.
He had to cut away some of the concrete that was under the carpet and remove the boards to enable him to complete the job.
He checked our boiler and asked me if and when was the last time I topped it up.
informed/advised us not to turn on any lights in the house until further notice.

Aaron today has done a remarkable job and my parents are very happy with the work he has done as he had to replace the old pipes which were leaking due to wear and tear and replaced them with new pipes.

I had Frank Matthews come in to fix an issue I had with the tap. Very lovely person to have come in and work, had my tap replaced for a better one and had checked that everything was working properly afterwards. All in the span of 10 minutes. Very efficient and very helpful.

Jack Fowler diagnosed the problem, came back with the right parts ordered and completed the job quickly and kept me informed about the work. He’s a credit to your company.

James Heapes visited today to sort out a slow running hot water tap. James was very professional polite and extremely helpful and had the patience to sort out the issue in a very small space. James also tidied up after he finished and I would certainly recommend James again job well done.

I’ve had really good experience DYNO they have been kind and really helped out I truly recommend them . I really recommend Frank Matthew’s he’s really good at his job and knows what he’s doing , he’s also very kind and caring
