I was a little hesitant about buying a cellphone online from a business that I'd never heard of. They were excellent! They kept me updated on the status of my order, and my new phone arrived quickly (considering that it shipped from China to Canada). It arrived exactly as ordered, sealed in it's packing, and they even added a free adapter for the charger that came with the phone - so thoughtful! I would absolutely purchase from them again in the future for electronics brands that aren't available in my country.

i purchased Xiaomi 14T Pro cell phone early this year. now it need reboot to connect internet at different new location where i'm going.
contact with their Technical support by three emails. no responses at all.
Do not recommend this company when you purchase new cell phone.

speedy shipping, product working perfectly.

Bought a Honor Magic V3 phone. Stopped working around 6 months later (inner screen started bleeding - phone was not dropped).
- Website customer service forms led to no response. No phone number contacts available.
- Somehow managed to find contact e-mail (required extensive waste of time to find). Responses were extremely slow.
- After some time, finally got response and a shipping label to ship back phone. Customer service was extremely slow to respond to any inquiries whatsoever - required multiple e-mails.
- We were told to pay $1,100 if we wanted the phone fixed. They blamed it on "physical damage". We did not drop the phone. A phone screen should withstand regular use (finger and thumb presses). This one didn't. Their "1 year warranty" is essentially useless as they'll just blame phone problems as physical damage.

Good place to buy a phone from if you just want to throw money for a certain item and hope for the best. Do not expect support if something goes wrong. We will be calling our credit card company to see if we can get some money back; if unsuccessful, essentially an expensive lesson and hope others out there are warned.

Also there are more bad reviews out there than you can see - they ask you to take it down but forget it'd be easier just to provide better products and service in first place. No this review is not coming down - we wasted over $2,000 for a phone that stopped working after about 6 months and now are being asked to spend another $1,100 after slow customer service.

Edit: the vendor's response is evidence of not taking any responsibility. Its own website indicates it (and not the manufacturer) sold phones with 1 year warranty. Further, it continues to claim that it won't honor the warranty due to physical damage yet the phone was never dropped. None of its (false) claims were communicated by email or otherwise until this review was posted.

Look at the other negative reviews on this company regarding customer service and warranty issues and you'll notice they are consistent with this experience.

This will stay up here indefinitely regardless of what the vendor says.

Update: So my phone arrived yesterday and I finally get to see why it's cheaper by a lot. First the Samsung I bought is manufactured in India, and it has issues with Canadian esim service (physical sim card is fine but not esim). Also I can not purchase Samsung care+ from the official Samsung website for some weird reason. The phone is real not a fake one but there's a lot of potential downsides. I guess that's expected when it's $500 cheaper than official MSRP. The customer service guy is still great tho, Sahil the assistant manager is a great guy, just buy with caution

Took a long time to ship, but that was due to an issue with the payment method Sezzle (which apparently has a days long verification process).
Support was quick and friendly, however information on the website (particularly the email provided for order support) was outdated.

Most issues I had was due to the website lacking clarity.

their customer support is TERRIBLE. they DO NOT respond. only reason I gave them 2 starts is because ive bought a few phones that shipped pretty quick. but if your order is out of stock, you have no way of knowing because no one reaches out, or sends an update in an email. you're left guessing what the hell is going on with your $1000 phone. I was told multiple times over multiple days that someone would reach out to me via their website chat. That was a lie. I dont know if this is a one man company or what, but you need to keep your customers updated. Especially when you guarantee "next day shipping" Ive asked for a refund multiple times and STILL, no response.

On 06.06.2025, we paid for the Xiaomi 15 Ultra phone with delivery to California, USA. To date, we have not received any response from your e-shop, so the payment will be blocked and we will publish negative reviews on your e-shop. We are very sorry.

Great company to order from 👍 as soon as I informed them that I was charged for duty tax, they refunded the tax. I submitted a photo of my tax submission and they refunded me the day after. My order arrived super quick and I never expected this expedited service. I would highly recommend them. 👍😃

Absolutely zero issues, no shipping or customs problems, very good updates with delivery status AND also was ready for house delivery 1 day earlier than estimated.
Very pleased with Mi4Canada! Trusted and will buy from them again.

Good price and I like the Xiaomi Poco X7. Bad: ad says in stock but it was shipped from China. False advertising. Came with an EU charger. Adapter included but this often falls out of the socket. I like the green colour but it came with a black case so I had to order a transparent case from Amazon. They need to do better.

I purchased 2 Samsung phones from Mi4Canada - unlocked, international, and new in box. Both were received in under 3 days with no additional duties and exactly as described. Very satisfied with the transaction.

The worst customer service I have never seen. I bought a smartphone (Redmi note 13) from Mi4Canada and unfortunately did not work either with my network (Virgin) or my husband’s one (Bell). I have trying to contact the customer service for more than 3weeks to ask for the address when I can send back the phone and also for a refund, their response we will reply tomorrow, we will reply in the next 4 hours, we will send you the address where you can send back the phone tomorrow…but nothing. I feel like they want me to give up and keep a phone that it is not working.
I have all emails proving what I wrote in this review.
Good luck from people who are planing to buy from that website. In case you have a problem they would not do anything for you.

The seller was super professional and responsible, and kept in touch with me even though it was already pretty late. I'm in Vancouver and needed a phone urgently for personal reasons, and honestly, I totally forgot about the time difference. If the seller hadn’t kindly reminded me, I wouldn’t have realized it was already so late in Toronto.
