I ordered a phone through this website and it showed up to my place in just 4 days. I was hesitant at first cause the website does look a little sketchy but it was actually a very seamless and easy process. Reading other reviews was really helpful as I was not the only one thinking it seemed a little sketch. I received free shipping which was nice, they also included a charging adapter for my region for free. Customer service is generally slow to answer but otherwise it's been a positive buying experience. I'm hoping I don't have any warranty issues in the future with this product but I will update how that experience goes if it arrives.
So far so good, I recommend this site.

Great customer service and communication. They didn’t have the phone in the color I wanted, in stock.(I ordered an older model). They tried to search for it. They let me know that they couldn’t get it for me and canceled my order and refunded my money. They let me know promptly. I ordered a different model and all was delivered on time, as promised. Just love my new Xiaomi! Very happy with the phone and the service I received. When I upgrade in the future, I’ll buy from them again. Recommended.

I ordered the OPPO Find N5 and got it within a week from their pick up location at Vaughn. Helpful courteous staff reply on emails.

I have purchased several phones from Mi4 and have had excellent results. I like the variety and the pricing. Shipping can be slower on occasion, but the phones are coming from Asia so it depends on the shipping option used.This phone was shipped quick thru air cargo and the updates from shipper are really good.

This is a misleading advertising page. Despite having Canada in the name they send UK or EU versions of the phones so the chargers are not the right ones. If you charge your phone with a generic one of course your warranty goes void or you can throw an extra 50 bucks at swiftronics to get the right charger, but it is supposed to get the right charger inside as i already paid for it.
The live chat never works and it feels like it is intended to not do it, the customer support email rate is more than 2 days long and still no response.
This store sucks and i will not buy from it again.

I'm always suspicious at first about remote companies with very good prices, but this one has not disappointed me so far (will update if this changes).
Bought a Poco X6, the price was among the best, the delivery was within their announced window (took about 10 days), the phone was new, didn't have any bugs or issues and it works perfectly (so far).
I'm quite satisfied.

MI4Canada was great, however, DHL did not get signature even thought signature was required, just left the package outside which could have been stolen. Thankfully it was not stolen as I was waiting near the door. Perhaps change delivery service or contact DHL on this?

Delivery was done earlier then scheduled , everything was packaged well and secure, DHL is the way to go when ordering important packages.

I bought a Mi 14 ultra on November 29, they shipped December 4 and up to this moment, I haven't received a tracking number or the phone. I have sent 5 to 6 emails already on different dates and I didn't get an answer from them.

Update: After my review I got an email from them apologizing for not seeing my emails, I understand that at this time of the year the flow is probably very high so they might have been overwelmed with emails. I got the tracking number and I think the biggest problem is thar DHL failed to deliver the product on time, because since the 10th it left Alberta and it never arrived. The same day the company contact them and I also contact them and the next day they tried to deliver, this was Wednesday 18, nobody was home so I rescheduled for today that I was going to be home the whole day. Mi4Canada said they are going to refund the delivery fee since it took so long for me to receive the phone and I'll also get a discount to a future purchase. The phone arrived in perfect conditions and working perfectly, the resolution took only 2 days and two more days to receive because I needed someone home to sign when they deliver.
I also got the photograph kit, which is beautiful, the only thing that I have to say is that they sent me the wrong colour, I bought black and received white, this and the stress I had to get in contact with them is the only thing keeping me from giving them a 5 star. I will try again to buy another phone from them and hopefully this experience will go better and I'll be able to give them 5 stars.

Received the phone in good order; it was an international model, but that was fine initially. However, once the main board failed and needed to be replaced, getting it serviced was a big challenge. Before a year was up, the phone had failed completely (unable to get any cellular signal) so the company asked me to send it back to Hong Kong and they'd fix/replace it, which I did. This was in August.

They strung me along for a few months, saying that they'd get it to me "soon", and then finally stopped replying at all; I have communicated with them three times in the last 1.5 months, no reply. It's now mid-December. I would not buy from them again, and I would caution others to avoid as well. I'm out $700 with no phone.

Never received the power adapter that was supposed to be in the package. Writed to the live chat and told me to write to the support team. After 19 days and 2 emails sent to the support team, i have no feedback and still no adapter for charging my phone at 120w.

Just to be clear, the phone charger was on the sealed phone box. What i don't have is the UK to US power adapter that miCanada told me they provides in the package so i can use the phone charger in the US outlet.

The phone is all good tho
