micro1 Reviews 

This is my first AI-interview session expereince which made me a bit nervous. However, Zara was helpful in the process ensuring that I build my confidence while doing the interview.

it was very well prepared, but i coludn't finish the last answer; the time was too short

I had a very positive experience with micro1. The assessment process was clear, well-structured, and easy to follow. The instructions were detailed, and the tasks were relevant and engaging. The platform worked smoothly, and the overall experience was professional. I appreciate the opportunity and would recommend micro1 to others looking for a fair and organized evaluation process.

Interviews are too long and Zara asks too many unnecessary questions.

The interview style was clear and warm, which made me feel comfortable. Receiving feedback after each answer was very important and encouraging for a candidate.

The entire process is a huge pain to go through. First off, recommendations. I keep getting contacted for positions that do not match my skills or my information whatsoever. If you go through the recommended jobs page, recommendations do not align at all. I was not recommended copywriting or editing projects despite having 20 years of experience in those fields, but I'd be recommended for translation positions that are in languages I've never even heard of.

Second, the interview process. The stupid system requires you to only have one monitor connected to your computer, which means if you have a multi-monitor set-up like I do, you have to disconnect all other monitors. Zara is an incredibly unsophisticated AI agent and can't understand when a dash just means a dash and when it means the word "to." This results in several confusing statements and I have to instead wait for the text to catch up before I can understand what is being asked (which sometimes results in a penalized score because I wasn't able to answer immediately due to text delays and Zara's unclear speech). Zara wastes time with questions that aren't relevant whatsoever.

And having to do a separate interview for each job even when jobs are very similar makes zero sense. All it does is prove that micro1 values no one's time.

If you actually get selected for a job, that's another complication. I've had jobs suddenly end without any explanation. I've been asked why I haven't communicated in the Slack channel when I received no invitation to the Slack channel. Reviewers have given conflicting instructions on how to revise task submissions. I've literally been told "Do X in this task," revised the task to follow the instructions, and then gotten another reviewer who said, "Don't ever do X in this task." Completely contradictory.

No one knows what anyone's doing and Zara is the most annoying AI I've ever had to deal with.

I liked that the questions asked were clear and audible, much like a face-to-face interview

Not too bad and the AI was easy to understand

I just got confused in the writing part. I couldn't answer all the question with the timing... After it was okay!

Well to be fair i am really introverted and shy so talk to an AI make the interview easier.

I think it better to take this new way of interview due to you can start it in your best schedule.

Good audio, it's different because I'm not watching any face but well we need to continue improving the way of work even for HHRR

The interview was carried out without any technical issues. It was difficult for me; however, it was my first technical interview ever, so I expected it to be that way. Overall, I'm satisfied; the whole process felt professionally prepared. Thanks.
