I think it better to take this new way of interview due to you can start it in your best schedule.

Quite straight forward set of questions touching on every development area

Zara is very good at articulating and framing the questions such that the interviewee is not left guessing on the questions. It is also excellent at clarifying the questions and breaking down the questions into simple and concise form.

The platform has a good UI and it is easy to navigate.

I enjoyed the AI interview. Everything was intelligible and they picked up my response also very well. One small thing, i dont think it kept and understood my answers and had a history of it as it kept asking the same questions which i said that I didnt know

It was great experience, my first time giving interview to an ai. It also gave me insights. I am rating 4 only because the ai seems to not call me out on my mistakes. It can be because to not hurt the morale of the attendee but i would appreciate it.

I tried to complete the interview no less than 10 times. I used multiple locations, multiple computers, convinced it was my fault that Zara buffered, froze, or stopped texting. My experience was perfect for the role so I was very eager to complete an interview, but Zara had different plans. Total waste of my time.
