Great Selection!
It's great to see a store that sells so many varieties of microbrand watches. I was able to purchase a Direnzo Mondial in light blue that was otherwise sold out everywhere else. Shipping from Japan was fast and the watch arrived in perfect condition.

Pour répondre à votre commentaire sur les frais d'expédition: Habituellement, l'expédition de toutes nos commandes de montres est gratuite via le principal service de poste aérienne suivi et assuré que nous utilisons. (EMS.) Cependant, en raison de la pandémie et/ou de problèmes d'espace aérien restreint dans certaines parties de l'Europe, malheureusement, pour le moment, les envois EMS vers la France ne sont pas autorisés, nous avons donc dû vous envoyer via UPS à la place, ce qui est assez coûteux. Les 60 USD que vous avez gentiment payés représentent en fait une fraction de nos frais d'expédition totaux que nous avons dû payer à UPS. Nous aurions pu couvrir tous les frais d'expédition UPS pour vous sur nos montres les plus chères, mais le faire sur une montre assez peu coûteuse aurait malheureusement signifié la vendre à une perte importante, d'où notre besoin de partager une partie du frais d'expédition avec nos clients dans ces circonstances. Espérons que les choses reviendront à la normale à l'avenir, car nous comprenons que ce n'est pas une bonne situation et pensons que votre commentaire était justifié.

Unlike the majority of watches we sell, which are in stock, you pre-ordered a watch that doesn't yet exist, so we're unable to ship it until it is manufactured. We did make that very clear on the page where you placed your pre-order. Right next to the page title at the top it says "Pre-Order". On the default image that you see it also says "Pre-Order" and we have an entire section on the page with a sub-title of "Pre-Order" that explains the details of the pre-order and provides an initial estimate for production in May (next month.) It also goes on to state that you're free to cancel your pre-order at any time for a full refund, right up until we have the watches in stock.
Considering that we did make all of this very clear, and our initial estimate is for a date in the future, and you've made no attempt to contact us to discuss the situation or request a refund, we do feel your one star rating is unfair here so we hope that you'll reconsider that. We see too that you're disputing the charge as well on PayPal, so we'll go ahead and cancel your order and issue a full refund since we can't ship what doesn't yet exist.

First time buying from this online store. Got a good price for the relios solstice and decided to just pull the trigger. I didn’t opt for the express delivery for the shipping so was expecting that the watch will reach me by probably 2 weeks. To my surprise, it took not even 1 week for the watch to be delivered to me in malaysia. Overall, i am very satisfied and will likely buy from the store again. 👍🏻👍🏻
