Wide range of well-priced microbrands on an easy-to-use website.
I've written several reviews now about the Microbrand store as I bought 3 watches from there. All different but great prices and fantastic watches. The website is a watch-lover's dream if you want something of quality at an affordable price. You can drill down through the deals, or limited edition models, or the new releases, always finding one with the right combination of features and style to suit your budget. The descriptions and photographs are very helpful and spot on based on my own experiences.

Excellent & helpful online store for great deals on Microbrands
I have known about this site since exploring for watches over lockdown in 2019. I was looking over the site this weekend and saw the usual chat window pop up. So I asked a Q and got an immediate response. I was surprised as it was Saturday lunchtime in the UK. It turns out I was chatting to the owner, Neil. We ended up talking watches (and roots as we both hail from Essex). He didn't rush me and was extremely helpful, telling me about makes and models and showing me some upcoming releases as well as new releases. I had only visited the site to buy one particular limited edition diver watch and needed up buying 3 watches! There was no upselling. It was simply that Neil was so helpful and informative that I realised I loved what he showed me and they were at a very fair price. And one of them was exclusive to the store. It was a pleasure dealing with the Microbrand store and now I can't wait for my watches to arrive. I would thoroughly recommend for the choices, prices and service!

Waldhoff Ultramatic - Diamond Silver
Ordered Nov 1, 2020 and received on yesterday Nov 11, 2020.. UPS is not updating their site quickly, which being I asked to seller, he feedback me without hesitate. Totally acceptable. Yesterday paid the import tax for having it, and the product, it's a pleasant pleasure to have. Wearing it, give me a bit of motivation just looking at it, inspiring. Thank you seller!!

Waldhoff Ultramatic
I ordered the Waldhoff Ultramatic diamond silver. I received the watch today, just under two weeks after I ordered it. Considering the restrictions around the pandemic, this was pretty good going.
The watch itself is stunning, and was bought to celebrate a recent achievement. I'm very pleased with it. A handwritten note from Neil, the owner, regarding the accuracy of the watch was a nice, personal touch.
Ordering to the UK, from Japan, meant there were import duties and handling fees. This was made clear on the Microbrand website, so I was expecting it. When all was said and done, I still made a decent saving on buying direct from the manufacturer.
I would certainly use the Microbrand store again.

Great Service, Lovely Watch. Totally happy.
I ordered the Melbourne Portsea Calendar watch from this store after a couple of online conversations. they despatched the watch the very next day and I was sent the tracking info. The watch took 6-days to get from Japan to my local delivery office in the UK. Considering the current restrictions for the Corona Virus problems, it was a super fast delivery. I had to pay the local VAT and Customs charges (unavoidable as this is an import).
There was a hand written thank you note plus four Japanese beer coasters in the box. A nice touch.
It is a beautifully designed watch.The contrast of blue hands on the white ceramic face is just amazing. I am very happy with the watch, the communications and the service.
Totally recommend the Microbrand Store.

Your back-ordered watch was shipped to you ahead of the original estimate shown in the product listing where you placed your order, so it was shipped earlier than expected. When you kindly asked about that via our web site, our staff responded quickly, within a few hours, to let you know the status.
We also emailed a tracking link at the time of shipping so you can follow the progress of your delivery, as we do with all of our orders. We're not sure what you mean by "mailing code did not work", since you've never contacted us about that or to let us know you have not received the watch. However, the tracking link we emailed to you from the store does work, and we've used that to check on the progress of the delivery for you just now, after reading your comment here.
The tracking is showing that your package is delayed on route. Before COVID-19, our packages would typically be delivered within 4 business days to most addresses worldwide. However, delays are now more and more common during shipping and unfortunately there is nothing we can do about that. The number of flights have been reduced by over 80%, staffing is an issue with some regional centers closed or staff out, and the quantity of packages shipped via express airmail services has drastically increased due to folks social distancing and staying at home as much as possible, and needing supplies that are hard to find.
Given that we shipped ahead of schedule, responded to you in a timely manner when you contacted us via our web site, you've not tried contacting us to inquire further since, and that your shipment is delayed en route through no fault of ours, and is delayed as a result of this emergency situation in common with a great many other shipments, we hope that you would consider this one star review which we feel under the circumstances, is rather unfair.
We hope that your watch arrives soon. Please stay safe and wear it in good health.

All of our watches are both inspected and tested right before shipping. (Something we've not seen at any other watch store.) We pulled our logs for Kalahari serial # 150, which we think is the timepiece you're alluding to. On our timegrapher, this was running at an average accuracy of +9 seconds per day immediately before packaging and shipping. Mileage will vary as speeds will vary depending on the position of the movement, (dial up, crown up, crown down, etc.) and power reserve, among other factors.
Although it is not very common for microbrands, a number of our watches are regulated, and we call that out specifically in the product descriptions. If you purchase another watch from us in future and would like it regulated, please let us know in advance and we'd be glad to discuss options. We could refer you to a service center close to you or can send off a purchased watch to our own watchmaker.

Incredible personalized customer service. I felt a little like I was a being a pain but was met with prompt answers to questions, links showcasing watches that fit my taste and requests of materials, etc. EVERY TIME. Not once did they seem put off by my questions, even after the 10th email and beyond I was met with care, passion, and knowledge. I have had the best watch buying experience period from these people.
