Stupidly I didn’t read these reviews before I made my purchase. I think this company is a complete scam.

I bought an item, based on, (in my opinion), false advertising. It did not do what they claimed it would. I returned it. They accused me of breaking it.

Whilst the website looks professional, I think it is one man who buys really poor quality items from abroad and falsely advertises them, then gets rude with anyone who complains. A disgrace of a company, but I think ran by someone with a NPD so they absolutely do not care. In their world we’re just stupid for falling for their bull and deserve to be taken advantage of.

Avoid!

Bullshit camera watch dosen't film properly or for long enough and is very fragile and prone to breaking. The stupid watch fell off my wrist and fell apart. Shit and cheap material used for this poor excuse of a camera watch.

I bought a mini jack to TAF4 connector for my Rode HS2 microphone. It urns out the connector for the Sennheiser microphones is not right for the Rode. These guys happily made up connector for the correct spec for me. Excellent service, I would thoroughly recommend them.

I bought two different wall clocks, both had problems and do not function as described. Poor products with non existent after-sales. Avoid !!!

Stay away from this scamming company! They said both of my payments were high risk PayPal and Visa card wasted my time and actually lied to me but PayPal confirmed otherwise! Dogey business . Woman on the phone sounds very dogey and rude . Go elsewhere .

I had a camera with a focus problem. I wrote a few emails, but only received excuses. Then I got a new lens from the original Chinese manufacturer for a few euros and now the part works.
Very bad service!!!!

At first everything went OK. I received the ordered product. Packaging was poor. I expected a cardboard box but it was sent in a padded envelop. The product itself seemed to be a low quality device from the infamous Chinese webshops/manufacturers. Image quality was poor (instead of HD it was actually VHS grade) and build quality was also very poor. One of the included batteries had a broken notch. On the device there was a test clip. Micronic tested the device first before sending it to me. Maybe because of a high fail rate? I tried the product for some minutes and it worked. After a second test a disconnection occured and after that the device died completely. I sent it back to get a refund. According to their policies you get a full refund (shipping costs included) when the product is defective. They refunded only the product price. At first they said the device was working perfectly after they received it back. I told them that this was impossible. Then they said they investigated the device and concluded that I used a lot of force and the device has been "mishandled, either out of frustration or accidental". This mad me very angry. Nothing happened with the device. They sent me a product which was already used by themselves, it had already a broken notch and then they accuse me of mishandling the product. The build quality was actually so bad that using it in a proper way would lead to malfunctioning after using it very few times. The false accusation made me more angry than losing about € 30 for receiving and returning a defective product. Off course they will keep saying I damaged the device myself but I think you should be very careful with such accusations when a product has such low build quality.
