Great Service

Gen Z Travel allowed me to have one of the best birthday holiday experiences I’ve ever had. I am ever so grateful to the team specifically Jennifer who supported me and arranged a fantastic holiday and also was online to support with any issues I had whilst I was on holiday. I highly recommend.

5-Star Birthday Travel Experience ⭐️

I’m so happy I chose Genz Travels for my birthday trip in August 2026! 🎉✈️

One thing that really stood out to me was their 24/7 communication and support. Whenever I was unsure about anything, whether it was a pickup driver, an itinerary, or any other travel detail, they were always available to assist and put my mind at ease.

I genuinely enjoyed working with them and had such a smooth and memorable experience. I was so impressed that I’ve already shared their contact with my friends. ❤️

Absolutely Amazing Thailand Holiday

Absolutely Amazing Thailand Holiday – Highly Recommended!
I honestly cannot recommend this travel agency enough. My holiday to Thailand was absolutely amazing from beginning to end, and the level of service I received was exceptional, especially considering how affordable the whole package was.
Everything was planned in so much detail and made the entire trip completely stress-free. Both of my hotels in Phuket and Krabi were fantastic, with breakfast included, gyms and great facilities. The accommodation was comfortable and very well chosen.
All of my transfers were arranged as part of the package too – from Phuket Airport to my hotel, Phuket to Krabi, and then from Krabi back to Phuket Airport. Having everything organised in advance made travelling between destinations incredibly easy.
What impressed me most was the service from the team. They were professional, flexible, understanding and available 24/7 whenever I needed them. I always felt that I had someone I could contact throughout my holiday, which gave me so much peace of mind, especially while travelling.
The value for money was incredible. For the quality of the hotels, transfers, organisation and support I received, the price was honestly amazing.
I genuinely cannot think of anything negative to say. It was a fabulous holiday and such a positive experience from start to finish.
I would absolutely recommend this agency to anyone planning a holiday, and I am already planning my second trip with them!

Excellent

I have just booked a fabulous holiday to Thailand with Kathy William who has been amazing at understanding my requirements, finding me stunning hotels/flights at a very reasonable price. I was very impressed with the speed she delivered quotes and different itineraries and was spot on with budget coming seriously under other quotes I had obtained previously. I have never used GenZ before but feel I have found an excellent travel company who will be my go to for future trips and bookings. Kathy was also extremely friendly and personable and I wouldn't hestitate to recommend.

Kathy was absolutely fantastic

Kathy was absolutely fantastic. Helping me with all my holiday questions and needs on things like changing resorts and islands. And hotels again and again until we found my perfect holiday. And never a complaint about it. So please I asked Kathy to marry me . But alas she declined. But I will still be using this company again.

Amazing service by Kathy Williams

Amazing service by Kathy Williams. She went above and beyond with planning my trip to Thailand. I messaged her frequently with different questions and ideas and nothing was too much for her she was so helpful. The prices are very good for what’s included but best of all you can Taylor make your holiday to your suiting. I will definitely keep using GenZ for my travel but especially for Kathy as I can relax whilst she does all my planning
