We had an amazing trip with Escapes Worldwide.We went on a Safari and then on to Zanzibar.Our transfers were there waiting and made contact with us before hand. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The booking process was conducted on line which I was a little apprehensive about but they reassured me all was above board . They kept in regular contact throughout.I would highly recommend them

Wonderful Family Trip to Costa Rica! We had an absolutely wonderful experience planning our family trip to Costa Rica with Escapes Worldwide, and especially with our travel agent, Natasha Williams. From the very beginning, Natasha was exceptional. She took the time to really understand what we wanted from our holiday and paid attention to every little detail. She created a truly tailor-made experience that was perfectly suited to our family.2 of the 3 hotels that she suggested met the expectations, while another one surpassed our expectations.The transfers were great, excellent vans with great drivers and we used them a lot. All together we spent more than 10 hours on the Costa Rica roads with them.  For the most part they were well planned apart from the last one that we had to request a reschedule to make it on time to our flight. Her knowledge, care, organisation and attention to detail made the whole planning process so easy. She listened to our wishes and made sure everything was thoughtfully arranged. It was clear throughout that she genuinely cared about making our trip special. Costa Rica was an unforgettable experience, and so much of that was down to Natasha's hard work and personal attention. Everything came together beautifully, and we were able to relax and enjoy our family adventure knowing that the details had been taken care of. We would highly recommend Natasha Williams and Escapes Worldwide to anyone looking for a travel company that goes the extra mile. We have booked a holiday for 2028 to Tanzania and Zanzibar and Lee has helped us greatly. I made a few changes to the initial holiday but Lee was patient and dealt with the changes promptly. I cant review the holiday yet but so far the experience has been great. Thanks.

Couldn’t have done this holiday without there help, I asked lots and lots of questions and changed things but Escaspes Worldwide was very patient and got me a great deal. Will definitely be using them again.

In response to escapes world wide it was us that noticed our flights were cancelled we contacted you and you assured us that it would be sorted You did not provide proof of communication and you did not communicate with us This was a holiday of a lifetime after cancer treatment we were so stressed out by it all Up to Saturday morning at 3 am when we got the email that our holiday was being refunded we thought we were still going on holiday to Thailand on Sunday night Don’t be caught up in the situation we were When I asked to speak to Wilson the manager he told me that I was speaking to him then he said Wilson was not available Avoid this agent at all costs

Booked a holiday for next year. Tanzania and Zanzibar. Dealt with Ethan. Who couldn’t do enough for us. Offering us various options. Obviously we can’t comment on our holiday yet. But so far, so good.

At the moment I can only review booking process and customer service . Myself and friends have booked an island hoping trip to Thailand next year . So will update how the trip went .
But going somewhere new and using a company we had never used before we were very nervous and asked loads of questions . Natasha Williams was amazing and very patient with us . Replied back very quickly to our messages and questions. This has put us at ease and we are really looking forward to our trip .

Wow! What a experience to book our holidays. Ryan is excellent and help me to book one of my dream holidays. He being so patient and answering all my questions before proceeding final itinerary. I highly recommend Ryan. I am looking forward to have my holidays and hoping it will be as good as the service I received so far.

Excellent experience booking our holiday to Thailand with Ethan. We had a couple pf changes to the offer which he helped us with quickly and efficiently. A very smooth and stress free experience and we will be booking with Escapes Worldwide again and will recommend to our friends.

So far we are extremely satisfied with the booking process and help we received from Natasha Williams.
She answered all our questions promptly and offered to find better deals with accommodation that suited our needs and budget.
Cant recommend enough and i really hope everything turns out as promised by Escapes Worldwide.

POST DEPARTURE UPDATE.
I wouldn't recommend this company. At first, they were super attentive and everything went smoothly. We booked a trip to Kenya and Tanzania, but we had so many issues with the booking. Wrong rooms were booked, or hotels weren't booked at all. We paid extra for an upgraded standard, which we didn't even get. Some trips were paid for but not booked, so we ended up paying for things twice. They promised someone would call to fix it, but no one ever did. The trip itself was amazing, thanks to the local guides, but the communication was terrible. We had to double-check everything every step of the way.

UPDATE: The company committed to investigating the reported issues and assured us that a company representative would initiate contact. However, this contact has not yet materialised.

Natasha Williams was so helpful and informative from the start. I had several quotes for our holiday but Natasha was so quick to answer my queries literally at any time and such competive prices and assist us in choosing the right hotel for our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble.i will definitely use escape worldwide again especially Natasha

We used Escapes Worldwide for our honeymoon to the Maldives in February. The process couldn’t have been any easier. We was quite sketchy becuase of the small amount of reviews but I cannot fault the service we had. From start to finish the communication was spot on. We got stuck in Qatar with the Middle East crisis going on and they checked in daily with us to make sure we were ok and asked if there was anything they could do.

Will deffo use again!!

I found the agent Ryan to be very helpful. I requested a few changes and he was able to make them and feedback to me very quickly. I am in the process of looking at another holiday much later in the year. Again Ryan has been very helpful with this.So far my experience has been very good. I would have given a fiver star review if I could speak with someone using the number given on the website. I have tried several times and have never managed to get through.
This initially made me skeptical but otherwise happy with the service.

Ryan was amazing. Told him what I wanted and came back quickly with itenaries and quotes to match exactly my plans. Loads of info and booking very easy and answers questions anytime I ask. Nothing is a bother. Recommend anyone to use them 🙂

Just booked a safari and beach package with Ryan and he got us a good price. We went through everything and even changed one hotel (there's quite a few) to suit our needs better and it was no trouble at all. Smooth sailing and the payment plan is excellent. What a great company to book your next adventure with Natasha Williams has been amazing throughout, I have not been the easiest customer I must of had 10 different quotes adding people on then off, changing dates but she has had a lot of patients with me and nothing was a problem at all. She really has gone above and beyond litreally working around the clock!
