Microvisor Hood Reviews 

The product I'd made well, but not what I expected. It comes out too far and I can't see the controls on my stove without bending down. I am trying to return it, but I have about 20 times to start the return using the email instructions and it keeps sending me errors not accepted. I read other reviews and everyone has a hard time returning, no refunds. I guess they don't back their product. I hope to get help soon. I can't afford to waste $150, who can.

It was easy to install but needed to retapped the hole for the the screws

What made my experience great was that I made a mistake on my order. I meant to order the black stainless steel model but mistakenly ordered the chrome stainless steel model. And I ordered it express 2 day shipping! So I emailed customer support the next business day, which was Monday, and immediately received an automated response which provided me with a phone number to call if I choose to do so. Quickly, a man whose name I cannot remember, asked me if he could be of assistance. I explained to him I made a mistake on my 2 day order and he asked for my order# and how I would like my situation to be resolved. I told him which model I ordered, and the model I wanted, and he said he would take care of it. NOW HERE'S WHAT SETS MICROVISOR HOOD APART FROM THE REST! About 10 minutes later, I logged into my account to check my order...AND IT WAS THE CORRECT ITEM!!! So here's a company that does what they say they're going to do, when they say they're going to do it, and did it swiftly with no problems at all. Super-Fast response and resolution. YOU CAN'T ASK FOR MORE THAN THAT FROM A COMPANY! Oh, yes you can. The visor works GREAT!!! Not to mention that it gives your Over The Range Microwave a look you won't see anywhere except in places where people bought the Microvisor Hood. OUTSTANDING COMPANY!!! OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! OUTSTANDING PRODUCT!!! I HIT THE TRIFECTA WITH THIS ONE!

The product works as designed and looks well built.

Although packed well and no damage to carton after unpacking item was bent. Had to be shipped that way because your product is made from heavy gauge steel.

Fast Shipping and when I asked for a coupond code for a discount... I got one so I ordered...

Sticks out to use rear burners which i use all the time other than that really like the concept

I liked that you had a phone number to call and you resolved the issue in a timely manner. I didn’t like that the original product that I received was the wrong item.

Delivery and service was good. Price of the item for what it is is very steep.

It came in when promised. It was boxed and protected from scratches and dents. Good instructions. Fairly easy to install.

Perfect product for Over the range microwave. Works & fits perfectly.

The hood does what it’s supposed to do. If it was a couple inches less in depth with the same slope it would not stick out as mischief and would not inhibit the access to tall pots on large burners in the front. Also the screw to stop it from sliding was slightly too short for our installation and keeps falling out. Had to replace with something different.

The unit does not stop all the steam from the stove I rate it’s function at about 50 percent! This product is way over priced!!
