Microvisor Hood Reviews

Steam goes out the vent not into the microwave now

Love it

Thinner than I expected BUT realized it had to be made that way

Received a dented visor. Contacted customer service and hood visor. com and never received a reply regarding dented product received.
Never will I buy from them again and buyer beware.

This well made stylish microwave oven visor does a great job of deflecting the steam and smoke into the vents of our microvave. This product was something that was sorely needed for our kitchen. Most importantly it installs in minutes and looks so darn good. Thank You MicroVisor!!!

Looks great with my matching black kitchen appliances. Improves the performance and function of the over range microwave.

The microvisor arrived quickly, was well packed, easy to install, and looks great. I confirmed with a smoke stick that it does indeed help my microwave vent fan do a better job at catching fumes from the front burners of my stove.

I have a retractable vent at the back of my stovetop. For years, I have dealt with smoke escaping from the stovetop when I use multiple burners, to the point where it sets off the smoke alarm.
I ordered the Microvisor Hood, and the package arrived on time and in perfect condition. The frame was easy to install, and the visor extends from the microwave out to the edge of the stovetop. I am 5'9", and the visor does not impede my ability to see all the burners when I am cooking.
Then I started cooking. I am very pleased to say that the visor did a fabulous job redirecting the smoke from all my pans to the vent at the rear of the stovetop. I honestly did not expect such a drastic improvement, but for my situation, the visor works. The best part was not hearing the smoke alarm go off!
Thank you!

It looks like part of the microwave and was easy to install..

It has helped with stopping the smoke alarm for going off.
I am really disappointed with the light I purchased.
The charge doesn't last more than a day?
i cant keep charging it every day? i think there is something wrong with it.

The product is great, took me a while to find it though. I had been searching for something like this for quite some time. Purchasing was easy and delivery was quick. There was an issue with installation that I called about and the support person was able to assist by sending me a specific screw I needed.

Easy installation
Stainless steel looks good with the stove and micro

The hood came quickly and attached easily. Works reasonably well and easy to take off for cleaning

I used the video to instal mine and that made it very easy for me, I did not use the spacers for my microwave. It looks great and it does capture ALL of the smoke coming from the burners. I now get released into the house the filtered smoke which is so much better than before, I now do not have yellow greasy cabinets above and near the microwave. My microwave exhaust does not release to the outside.

The visor Really helps the exhaust fan catch any smoke and steam from the front burners, and helps keep the smoke alarms from going off.

when it is on you cant see the controls on range. it how ever does do what it is intended to do. I think it could be a little longer.

Easy install. Solves the exhaust problem. No more grease exhaust on my kitchen ceiling!

informative website to determine size and other information that allowed me to know it would work in my non standard install
