Onlyw2 of the bags out of 3 arrived had to chase to get the other one and was lumbered with 3 wood pallets . Bags were smaller than l was led to believe will never use this company again

Was so helpful and wood is brilliant to burn and get a lot for the money . Good delivery aswell . Very helpful. Diffentley going to order more .and I have but some friends on to these lovely people . Once again thank yous . Stacey chappell .

It was good wood I might order more in the future , but I had a problem getting the wood in the first place but eventually got it

I am only giving 1 star because the delivery of the order has let this business down. The order process was easy and efficient , Chloe at midlands logs is very helpful and her customer service is great. However it is now 9 days since placing the order and despite the courier arranging a day and time with me to deliver , I still have not received my order.

Logs arrived on Time / Date as arranged.

Adam provides great hardwood logs - clean, dry, regular size and delivered straight to our log store. He provides an excellent, timely and friendly service and at a competitive price.

Was advised that we would have a 2 hour time slot, driver appeared without being notified.
Also I assumed that it would be delivered by there own transport, unfortunately the lorry driver couldn’t reverse on our gravel drive as he is not permitted too.
So between both of us we struggled with a pump up trolley on gravel for about 20 metres with each load.
If I hadn’t been in, they would have left on the drive uncovered?

Really great service from a family run business. These guys go the extra mile to make sure they can help with everything you need.

Lovely logs good delivery

Firewood quality is great,
Our order arrived in good time and really happy with price and customer service.

The advert for Wonky wood is misleading as it states you get 1.5m3 ( aprox)
The bag containing the wood measured less than 1m3 so the wood I received was no where near 1.5m3 as advertised.
Contacted Midlands firewood who said I could return ( at my own expense) for a refund if not happy!
They stated that it was approximately 1.5m3 but I pointed out that it should be advertised as appropriately 1m3 as the bag physically couldn't hold anywhere near 1.5m3.
The amount I received was actually LESS than 1m3.
Won't be buying from them again!

I had to change delivery date and the Customer Service from Chloe was outstanding. Helpfully and understanding.
Product is exactly as advertised and represents pretty decent value for money.
I'd have no problem recommending Midlands Firewood to everyone I know.

Poor delivery and communication wasn’t the best. Logs arrived in bags that were ripped.

Very efficient, reasonable amount of woodwork very satisfied with the service and the wood ,would buy again .

ordered a bulk bag of fire wood which was supposed to be 9 inches.

got 3/4 of a bag as it was filled without being opened properly and 2/3 of the logs are 16 inches and will need cutting down to fit in the burner,

only part that was good was the delivery and driver
