Cheap fabric at a premium price. Trash return policy, bump the wrong button and you’re out $50. I had a bad feeling about this company based off of how hard ads were being pushed and I should have listened to it. Don’t be like me.

I do not remember what this review is for, because ADHD, and the email for the link to review got buried. However, all of my experiences with Midnight Hour have been amazing.
All of the clothes are very well made. Every piece I have has stood the test of time. Three words: Dresses. With. Pockets.
The only constructive criticism I have would be that some of the women's blouses could be longer, like the academia shirts. I cannot tuck mine successfully into a pair of high-rise pants unless I am planning on never raising my arms. Fortunately I am successful when tucking it into a high waist skirt.
Also: PLEASE MAKE MORE SHIFT DRESSES. PLEASE. I did not realize I had sensory issues related to clothing fit until I bought my first shift dress from Midnight Hour. Now, nothing else compares!

I purchased the free returns add-on, and the system is failing when I try to exchange the harness that I got for a smaller size. When I contacted support, they said it was working just fine on their end and it must be user error, without trying to assist me any other way.

Ordering was easy. Item as described. However, the neck is tight. Would fit perfectly if neck was an inch wider. Delivered in plastic bag undamaged.

I never got the pants I ordered, I reach out to Passport (the shipping company) and they responded that Midnight Hour never sent it to them. I sent a mail to MH but never got a response, it's been over 2 weeks and my package hasn't even shipped.

Everything is great quality and fit great.

It was my first time shopping through Midnight Hour, and I’m already in love. The clothes fit great, I love the colors, it’s beautiful. I did have to get rid of the velvet tie, but that’s more of a sensory thing for me-velvet creeps me out. Really happy that it was removable
