High-quality product. When product arrived damaged, support gave me back store credit as requested within a couple of business days.

I haven’t received my last order
I haven’t received my last order. So I filled a claim and I’m still waiting for approval, I don’t even know why, so the order has not been shipped yet, which is very annoying because I’m getting closer to a month from the date of my original order.

Sorry your package has been delayed, we know how frustrating that can be! Please note we did ship your order out 2 days after you placed the order. It does appear that UPS has lost the package while in transit since there are no further tracking updates since August 6th. We see you did file a claim on August 19th and it is currently in the 3 business day review with our insurance carrier. The 3rd business day will be tomorrow and if UPS does not update the original tracking then the replacement order will be shipped out. While delays with shipping carriers are out of our control, we hope you can give us another chance for a 5 star review.

I absolutely love this coat
I absolutely love this coat. I waited forever for it to be back in stock. The oxblood colored collar frames your face and you feel like a rockstar. The only caveat is that it runs very small. I’m normally an 18/20 or 2X but I had to get this in 4XL.

Everything fit, except for 1
I ordered 2 tops, and 2 pair of pants, both of the tops are great, and so is one of the pairs of pants, I ordered them the same size, and 1 of them fits perfectly and I wear it a lot, however another pair of pants I bought(again in the same size) is way to big, not even a belt can fix it. The waistband looks to be about double the good pair.

Thanks so much for your feedback! Glad to hear the other 3 items worked out for you. We did take a look at your order and see the one you returned is numerical sizing and is about 3 sizes bigger in the waist than the alpha sizing that you did keep. Here is a link to our size chart and at the bottom there is an illustration of what part of your waist to measure, as it is not the same as wear the pant waistband sits: https://www.midnighthour.com/pages/size-chart
