Midnight hour is great, wonderful designs as well as quality made items, they feel very lux and this has rapidly become my go to brand. Customer service has been great when I needed to exchange sizes and shipping is swift

Sorry for the disappointment! This dress has been sold out and we must have received a few pieces back from returns being processed. Unfortunately someone must have checked out at the same time as you. We are restocking this dress in all sizes in November and will also be bringing it back in another print in the spring.
Midnight Hour is an amazing company
I love Midnight Hour! I buy quite often from them and I’ve always been satisfied with the quality and timelines of the deliveries. Their clothes are well made and last a long time they’re unique and different so I get a lot of compliments on the appearance of the clothes I’ve had to do returns before and they were relatedly easy. I’ve had questions before and they respond promptly. I highly recommend this company to all my friends and others.

Package went missing and they lied about it.
Package went missing, they gave me no update on the resent packaged which I have yet to get. Weren't really helpful and seem bothered bg my emails. I ordered my package in July. It is now nearly September. When I emailed they said the carrier lost the package but when I emailed the carrier they said they never received the package.

I'm sorry you think we lied about your package. Your order shipping to Ireland was placed on July 30th and we handed it off to the carrier on August 2nd. The carrier never scanned in the package and it has been deemed lost in transit. The last communication we had with you was on August 20th asking you if you wanted your order reshipped or refunded. You replied that you wanted it reshipped, but that it had to be delivered in 5 days. We explained that it is not possible to deliver to Ireland in 5 days and asked you if you would like the order refunded or the shipping address to be changed. You never replied back to us. At this point we have gone ahead and cancelled the reshipment and refunded your order.

Midnight Hour never disappoints!
Midnight Hour never disappoints with their quality, awesome products and customer service. I've only had to return 1 of maybe 15 items because it was too large. Every transaction has been easy, shipping is quick as well. I can't wait to see what Fall & Winter bring. :)

First Order!
This my first order and it was great! Easy checkout , quick shipping and the clothes fit perfectly and were exactly what I was looking for. I ordered a skort, 2 tops and stockings and everything was a really nice quality! Will be adding more Midnight Hour to my closet!
