Sammi was a godsend, What would have otherwise been an extremely daunting and frustrating experience simply wasn't. Due to Sammi always being available, offering sound advise and explaining the processes clearly.

As a first time home buyer my husband and I both feel that the entire experience was only possible due to Sammi's input and support, We probably would have given up after the first house we put an offer in turned out to have un consented work and the real estate agent was less than satisfactory.
