Where do I even start? Milana are my number 1 clothing brand for a reason! The quality of the items is absolutely unmatched, near enough my entire wardrobe is Milana! These clothes are really made to last, I always reach for my tracksuits! Their customer service is also top tier, they are always there to help you with anything!!! Size guides, shipping queries, etc. If you need something they deliver every single time!! I was even going on holiday when they dropped a beautiful new summer line, and they made sure to get my order sent out so it arrived in time - and of course it did and I got to wear my beautiful sets on holiday! To the team at Milana, you truly know how to form an amazing business.. the best! I am a loyal customer and forever will be, so glad I chose Milana! ❤️

Inexcusable customer service
I placed a large order with Milana and needed to return one item as it was too small. I returned it via Royal Mail with a completed returns slip inside, clearly requesting either a refund of £20 or an exchange for a larger size.
Despite providing proof of postage and the return date, Milana continue to claim they have not received the item. I even contacted Royal Mail directly and visited the main depot, where they confirmed the parcel was returned within the dates in question.
I have always loved the Milana products, but I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. Multiple emails were exchanged, yet I felt as though I was being treated unfairly and not believed, despite providing evidence. A simple refund or exchange could have resolved the issue quickly.
Unfortunately, due to the poor customer service and lack of support, I will not be ordering from Milana again.

As your return had not been processed within our system, we requested the tracking ID and courier details so we could investigate this further and check whether the parcel had arrived back at our HQ. Unfortunately, based on the receipt provided, we were unable to verify the return as no tracking information was included. Without a valid tracking number, we are unable to confirm whether the parcel was successfully delivered to our returns address.
As stated in our returns policy on our website, Milana Studios is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns made by the sender or courier. We also advise all customers to retain proof of postage and tracking details, as our team may require this information when investigating return queries.
If you do have the tracking information, please do let us know and our team will be more than happy to look into this further for you.
We understand this is disappointing and apologise for any frustration caused.
Milana clothes are the best quality
Milana clothes are the best quality, I have so many pieces and love how they fit. I especially love the popper front ribbed tops and the oversized T-shirts are the perfect length and look amazing with leggings.
Delivery is always quick! I will be buying again

Gutted and not a good company
Gutted, I have spent £341 on 6 items with Milana Studios.
Only received 5 items, they are stating I have received it but I have confirmed via photos this is not the case.
CCTV images they sent through show someone holding the items but not packed. I expected more from a high end business but they just lie.

Always my go to. I wear it, my husband wears it and so do all of our kids.
Amazing quality, staple designs which look great and wash well, over and over again.

ordered a shirt (Order #178297) went to take it off at the end of the evening and the button came off. ive sent it back 3 days ago just received back.
in-between had an email saying there is a spare button in there for this. they expect me or my partner to sew it back on which i cant or spend 15 or so pound to have it replaced which i dont want to do. really soured my expereice with the business, my partner has a wardrobe full of the clothing, has returned 1 or 2 items in the past and never had this problem

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to have an issue with your shirt, especially after just one wear. That’s certainly not the standard we aim to deliver.
That said, after receiving and inspecting the returned item, we did find that it did not meet our returns policy requirements, as it was no longer in its original condition. As outlined in our policy, items must be returned unworn and in the same condition they were received. We did share images with you to clearly show the condition upon return for transparency.
Regarding the button, many of our garments include a spare button for minor repairs, which is standard across the industry. However, we appreciate that this may not have been a suitable solution in your case, and we’re sorry for the frustration this caused.
We truly value your partner’s continued support of our brand, and it’s disappointing to hear this experience has impacted your perception of us. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with our wider team as we continue to improve both our product quality and customer experience.

The owner of the company sent me a private message on instagram and told me she would get it sorted. I got a message from Milana on instagram yesterday advising that the order would be dispatched yesterday obviously on next day delivery…. It didn’t arrive today!!!!
Awful company. Ordered their new drop for my wife on Sunday. Still not even an order confirmation off them 5 days later, Sent a message on instagram, no apology just a link to their delivery terms stating when new drops occur delivery may be longer. I’d suggest not offering next day delivery on new drop weekends as it’s not the first time they have failed to deliver promptly.
Poor service, im now on Friday and still no order confirmation never mind items.
Will be returning avoid these
