Mile Auto Transport LLC Reviews

Mile Auto Transport provided timely delivery at a reasonable rate.

Really happy with the service that we got from Mile Auto Transport. Their vendor who deliver our vehicle to us was professional prompt and communicated through the entire process. The car was taken very good care of and there were no additional hidden fees what they claim they were gonna do they did.

Highly recommend. Great price, great communication. Worked hard to meet my needs.

They did exactly what they promised. The price was reasonable. Delivery was on time . JACK and Veaceslav were very professional. Car arrived perfectly.

I truly appreciate the quick response of Dan to my request to have my truck transferred from Toledo to my home in W. PA. He did it all. All I did was provide him the information he requested. I could not believe how well the transfer took place.

The move was great. Jan (Dispatch) was very professional. He set everything up with just 1 call. He followed up when needed. The driver was professional, courteous and efficient. Because my move was the result of a business closure, I wasn't completely prepared. Between Jan and the driver, the move was seamless. Thank you Mile Auto Transport.

Called the day before I needed my car transported and fortunately there was availability. The driver was wonderful and pleasant, there on time and delivered on time without any complications. I will definitely use them on my trip back to New York.

This is truly a dependable company. Competitive and quality service. I was so pleased with my whole experience. I arrange for my brother's 2 car to be transported from Lake City, Florida to Bakersfield, CA. Initially I was hesitant to go with Mile Auto but when I checked on BBB, they are registered and have high overal rating. Even though there's little delay in pick up, Sergie (driver) delivered the cars on the original date of delivery. It was an easy transaction, you can reach them anytime with any concern.

Had two classic vehicles a 1955 Chevy PU, 1966 mustang and a 2015 Toyota moved from Florida to Texas the whole experience was smooth, auto carrier called and we set up a date, he arrived on schedule and had the three vehicles loaded in less than an hour and was on his way, he knew what he was doing, very professional. Pricing was reasonable

My contact with Jack.
I booked the pickup with him, and he was very responsive at all times to my various questions. He provided accurate information and always got back to me promptly. I have shipped cars with other companies and found myself continually frustrated at the lack of return calls and the general idea that you have handed over money and your vehicle, and now you can just wait.

The car arrived within a reasonable timeframe, and the handover went very well. The pick up was a bit nerve-racking because the vehicle had to be picked up by the truck driver, who was a day late, and he couldn't be handed the keys by us as we had a plane to catch. Despite this slight hiccup, everything went smoothly.

I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

Great service. They got my car to me for about half of what BAT shipping offered. Florida to Indiana in about 2.5 days!

Jack was upfront and explained how this all worked. No bull. My desire was for an enclosed transport at a price that made sense. Unfortunately, pickup was an out of the way location in the south west and the SUV going all the way to the east coast. Jack made it happen ... at a very fair price that never changed. Car arrived on a new truck with a pleasant driver. Plus my vehicle got to talk to a hot Lamborghini the whole time.

Car was picked up and delivered as stated. Price was reasonable. Sarah is wonderful.

Dan and Ruslan were absolutely amazing. They worked with me on the dates I needed and communicated the whole way. 10 out of 10 stars. Thank you guys so much !

Dan at Mile Auto Transport LLC did a great job with the logistic & was a caring person. The driver of the truck was also a very nice fellow and took good care of my car !!
Will use this company again !!

Great customer service. The transporter was great. My vehicle got from California to Georgia in a fast and timely manner. Would transport with company again. I highly recommend them.

Great driver and ahead of schedule.

Very pleased at the ease of the arrangement and the staff that assisted.

I initially signed up with a supposedly higher rated transport company to transport our antique vehicle. They indicated it could be picked up in approximately three days. After a couple days, I received a call that they have a driver available however the price would be 20% higher than the quoted price. I said I was in no rush and could wait for our vehicle to be moved at the agreed upon price. A few days went by and they had another driver but the price was now 50% higher. Seems like a real bait and switch strategy. Not feeling good about where this was going I cancelled our contract.
I submitted a request for quote from Mile Auto Transport and received a call from Alex a few minutes later to discuss our move. A couple days later our vehicle was picked up and delivered earlier than anticipated even under miserable weather conditions; and for the agreed upon price!
I would highly recommend Mile Auto Transport and I am very happy I made the right decision.
