I had the usual good treatment from Ellie Royle, who not only booked my excursions for my forthcoming cruise with Saga to Scandinavia in September, but suggested and booked a Christmas and New Year cruise, again with Saga to the Canaries. Unrivaled, friendly and efficient service as usual.

Welcomed with helpful and informative advise
After shopping in waitrose cheltenham I intended to pick up the latest Riviera river cruise brochure and noticed the Dutch bulbfields offer, Caroline was very approachable and gave us an overview of the river cruise package.
Caroline offered to send an email giving us a guide to pricing and availability which she did the following day,
Happy with the details we booked our bulbfield river cruise, thanks to Caroline's helpfulness and efficency made it a pleasant experience.

Excellent service at the store in Waitrose Cheltenham. The manager dealt with us and she is warm, friendly, massively helpful and a delight to book our holidays. From her to all the staff at this branch it is always excellent
