Kevin was amazing, he was attentive and his customer service was kept to a high standard. I will definitely use Kevin again, as he made sure he did everything he could to get us the best mortgage rates he could.

We needed informal advice relating to a potential mortgage for one of our children. Although there was no immediate business coming from our contact with the company we found Kevin Mitchell really went out of his way to understand our issues and to research solutions for us. He was superbly professional and helpful and we would definitely use him and the company in future.

I would just to to thank Kevin for going above & beyond every step of the way. Our solicitor proved to be an absolute nightmare and Kevin was there helping us every step of the way. From the get go he was the most helpful & attentive broker we could of hoped for. Having used him previously to remortgage, We went back to him when we were up-sizing. He pays attention to detail, follows up on emails sent, contacts you to follow up on how things are progressing with your solicitor. The list is truly endless.
Will be very sorry to have to change brokers next time we re-mortgage but will definitely be going back to Miles Rhodes in the future.
