Shopping for a mattress, and Louis was amazingly helpful in choosing the right one. We went over some options, including him pointing out the one he uses at home! A real family feel and a great place to shop.
Mattress arrived in the expected timeframe and was lifted into place by the delivery team.

Understands the customer and puts context into why a certain piece of furniture will either work or maybe why it won’t work. Not trying to over sell items. We also made a mistake with a piece of furniture and the customer service to help us out of a hole went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Millhouse for all of your furniture needs.

What an amazing experience ! I’ve been shopping here now for a number of years and I can’t recommend them enough. The sales staff are so knowledgeable and don’t do the hard sell on you like you tend to find in other furniture stores. We’ve bought various sofas and dining furniture from here which are so unique, they stock furniture which you can’t find anywhere else. A big credit should be given to the way this establishment is run as it screams good old family business, which is what you want. It’s great to see an independent thriving and doing well and you can totally see why. They offer an interior style service now aswell which myself and my wife loved where the sales staff talk through all combinations and options available across the ranges of furniture they stock. This was really helpful to help visualise what we actually wanted. Thanks again to all the Millhouse team for offering such good quality furniture and your friendly approach when it comes to selling. I’ll be back in soon !

I decided to replace my existing Dining Furniture but wanted to have a good look around.
A friend reccomended Millhouse.
From the moment we walked through the doors,from the frieindly greeting we received from the staff,I had a good feeling about the store.
I then saw the furniture that I wanted.
The salesperson gave me all dimensions and explained in detail to construction and overall quality.
We were delighted it fit our room.
The furniture arrived 10 days early and the room looks truly superb.
Cant reccomend this company highly enough.

Went to Millhouse recently for a new sofa. So many ranges of products on offer to browse in what I can only describe as a standout location. The staff were super helpful and friendly, when it came to picking fabrics, accent trims and cushions. The shopping experience is something else and would recommend to anyone looking to update their furniture.

Fantastic buying Experience, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Their knowledge and design advice made the whole process painless. Even down to the complimentary coffee when we walked through the door.

Just upgraded my dining room furniture from Millhouse pine and sofa for the living room and the quality is fantastic. Service was smooth from start to finish and the delivery team were informative and helpful. They also have a fabulous selection of accessories for the home which finish off my rooms perfectly! Absolutely fantastic, we purchased a sofa from Millhouse and couldn’t be happier. Great showroom with some lovely pieces, friendly staff and prompt delivery.

We were simply blown away by the hospitality, selection, and professionalism of the Millhouse team. We have bought several pieces of furniture (sofas, beds, tables, mirrors etc.) from here now and have ticked off the next item for our home - dining chairs - with their help too. There’s so much to choose from and you could spend all day there. Louis and his team are very consultative and will listen to your vision for your home and help you achieve it.

Left a google review stating the times were incorrect on google, drove an hour and a half to find it was closed.

Was immediately met with a snotty reply from the owners without them checking facts.

I cannot reply to the original review. I strongly suggest looking up your own company before incorrectly replying to customers.

No courtesy, apology or acknowledgment that we had just driven all that way to visit their business. Just rude.

Typical salesman ‘Louie’ - sold us a sofa, looked fantastic in the shop, we spent £3000 on this. Within 2 weeks it looked like we’d had it 10 years. It’s awful.
We complained to the manufacturer and they said they would sent Millhouse out because we’re unhappy - another bloke came out and he said verbatim ‘we have to puff up our show sofa every single day, sometimes twice daily because it flattens and looks like this but Louie should have told you that’.
So every day for the rest of our sofa life we have to HIT the sofa with huge force, then when we sit on it it’s instantly flattened 😂😂 it’s incredibly uncomfortable and now creaks like hell after 1 year of purchase.
The gent that visited agreed it was misold but low and behold, he spoke to Louie and he told us where to go.

AVOID THIS PLACE LOUIE IS A LYER. no matter how many cups of tea or how approachable they all seem. We have a 3 grand sofa which is broken and we actually prefer to sit on the floor…

When we purchased said sofa we visited 3 times, as we had a previous issue with another sofa and he promised us ‘any issues we will sort it’ - all lies, don’t worry, nothing will be sorted and sofa is going to the tip as 1 year later 😂

Not to mention that the sofa was promised 8 weeks delivery and this was actually 5 months…

Recently bought sofas and footstool, dining table and 4 chairs. Excellent service from everyone each time we visited whether it was busy or quiet. Help and good advice with choosing matching material for cushions. Communication about delivery spot on and the delivery guys pleasant and did their job quickly and well. Millhouse held on to our dining table and chairs after they arrived before our flooring had been laid. Would definitely return again, we will and have already, recommended to friends.
