This service is 100% worth the money. You are matched with a therapist immediately, you can switch easily if you don't like them, and you save a lot of money. Would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking therapy who doesn't know where to start. Thank you!!

Horribly unprofessional company. See almost the same review 3 days ago on this platform. Do NOT waste your money. I signed up and paid for a membership. Never received an introductory email entailing the next steps or cancellation policy. I did however, receive a janky text by Tim Murphy, who wanted to set up our first session, but then never followed up with the email information I repeatedly asked for. I texted at least 3 times asking if they had the correct email on file and never received Response, just told I would get our zoom link for the first session by Monday (for Tuesday session). Never received. By Monday afternoon, I texted again asking if zoom link was sent (because it was less than 24 hours prior to appt); told again I would receive by afternoon. Nothing, texted again. Told I would get by end of day. This am, still nothing. Text to say I would like to cancel and get a refund... only to IMMEDIATELY get the introductory email explaining the cancellation policy for refund is 12 hours (which was only sent 7 hours prior to the appointment), proceeded to get into a back and forth text with Tim, who was INCREDIBLY unprofessional, only to tell me I cannot cancel and get a refund less than 12 hours prior. Unbelievable. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism, in a therapy app, no doubt. Please DO NOT sign up for this total SCAM!!! I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

The client coordinator who is supposed to help connect clients with therapists does not respond. I tried to make appointments but he would not answer back to change the times. He did not send over homework activities the therapist I was seeing said he would send. Then I tried to cancel my membership twice and they never responded to my emails and charged me for another month of service even though they are not providing me with the therapy sessions I have paid for.

Mindengage helped me with finding a perfect therapist, able to point me towards the right path. After a year, I am a changed person and feel so much better. Highly recommended to anyone on a budget and looking for help!!

I really enjoy our therapist. Since we just started everything has been going good. I look forward to each session.

Our counselor is amazing. She has picked up on things that I never brought up but have been an underlying problem. I am so glad we went with mind engage. Its been a great experience!!

Horrible still waiting on a refund from "Tim"

This has got to be the biggest scam of a company the guy Tim Murphy texts me super late the night before the appointment to book them as if we don’t have careers we have to move around for counseling schedule already. Then to top it off once I cancelled the counseling because my husband preferred a faith base counselor then I was literally Charged the next day. Then when I asked for a refund and told him I felt that’s a scam if I told you that it’s not working for us. He said they are the cheapest I stated we still would like faith base and I don’t feel it’s fair to try and charge me although I told you before the charge that we wanted to go faith base which you didn’t offer. Then he began to text me he hopes I get scammed by a real scammer. Then I told him thanks for all you all did. He said good luck with your cheapness. What type of scamming counseling service does that to someone who clearly is going through something seeing that’s the reason they are seeking counseling then to Polk at them about finances because they want to cancel. I wouldn’t recommend this company if they were the last option a available to a person that is going through something.

The worst part of it all is that I had a session for 60 minutes and all we did was blow out stem venting and received nothing but oh what do you feel now ok what about you with no structure of what we should be doing to fix a issue a wasted month I must say.

Be aware that the sessions are usually about 45. Minutes almost never a full 60. Me and my partner has been going for about a month and it feels like we are just venting more then actually getting help maybe in 2 or more months I might revise this rating.

My experience with MindEngage has been by far the best experience I've had. It has helped me alot! So affordable and the counselors are so helpful and professional. I definitely recommend MindEngage to anyone who's in need of therapy, you wouldn't be disappointed.

I enjoy our counselor yara,she is personable and understands both sides of the story.Getting ahold of someone at 1st was alittle challenging as there is a phone number,but noone answered it i thought it may have been a scam but then someone texted me,i think answering and talking on the phone is much more personable and inviting.i do love the price as its the cheapest of like 5+ places which is why i chose it!

My partner and I were looking for a therapist who is married with kids. Someone who can understand us & relate to us a little better. We thought we needed that type of therapist.
We were wrong! Tim set us up with the perfect therapist! She’s amazing and very helpful. We look forward to meeting with her every week. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful service. So easy to book, communication from the owner right after our inquiry and were scheduled at our next convenience. My partner and I chose couples counseling and our therapist was PHENOMENAL. We both were very emotional and left with so many insights following our FIRST session.
