Convenient and able to help my daughter quickly rather than having to wait months to talk to someone.

I really enjoy my sessions with my therapist. She gives me exactly what I need which is a listener. I always leave with new tools and feeling a lot better. She has helped me with a lot with understanding things about my self that I never would have done alone. I’m currently 5 sessions in and will continue to use her services for as long as I need too.

My teen daughter has been using counseling services for 3 months now. I have noticed a huge difference in her attitude and she has been happier. I like the flexibility of doing this from your laptop anywhere. Tim has also been great scheduling and accommodating our sessions. I definitely recommend them.

My daughter found her Counseling help . She enjoys her sessions and they are very useful for her to continuing successes at Scholl and personal life.

My son was having some issues in school and could not concentrate on his studies well. I searched the internet for possible options and found this website. They quickly matched my son's profile with a professional teen therapist "Mr Quintin". He talked to my son briefly and helped him with all his issues one by one. It's his second month with him and I am quite satisfied with their service.

Mind Engage has given me the space to pour myself out and express my thoughts and feelings in a way that I have never been able to before. My therapist listens without interruption and gives me tools that helps me process out my thoughts. I can be honest when I don’t feel a method works for me, and I am given several other options to try. It’s only been a few weeks, but making the decision to attend therapy was the best and healthiest decision I’ve ever made for myself.

I am 47 and my partner is 48. Our counselor was good, but much younger thank I would have liked. We need someone who can relate to us being older in that way. Did not like that it was almost 20min late. But it was ok.

Our child (teenager) uses the services provided by Mindengage and is pleased with the support received.

I was impressed with the time between the initial contact and the first session. Session arrangement is straightforward and confirmation of the next meeting is done very quickly.

The monthly fee is low considering how much our kid is benefiting from this support.

It seems to be an excellent alternative to the physical meetings, which are not possible to arrange where we live (local language is not our first language and the flexibility/frequency of the sessions would not be feasable here at all).
