Ordered a kit in February, the kit has missing parts and cannot be built. 4 months later and still no response, or replacement parts or return provided. Avoid this company

The item came severely damaged and I sent photos to the company and they are still ignoring my emails. Do not buy from this company!!!! They are scammers and only want to take your money for an inferior product.

I agree with every review on here about customer service and delivery times, however people are leaving them under the wrong minibricks so the real company doesnt get to read these. You need to leave them under minibricks.com, the blue logo, not this one. On trustpilot they are called buildminibricks.com. This company needs to realise how bad they are and how they take your money but takes months to deliver the items. There current score is 3.4 which if these reviews were on there would be more like 1.4.

Took weeks to receive my order, and then didn’t receive the products if chosen I got something else entirely! Appalling customer service, only ever heard from a bot. Never rectified so I couldn’t gift at Christmas, and still not had a refund so I’m over £60 out of pocket for something I never received. Awful.

Scam! Same situation as others. Have not received, and shipping lists going through customs.
Ordered on 12/11/25 for Christmas present.

I ordered three cars for mini bricks on December 3, 2026. The site says they might be a delay because of high volume in orders during the holiday season. It is now January 2, 2026 past Christmas and I’ve yet to receive them. Never again will I order from them nor will I recommend anyone to order from them.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered in November with reasonable expectations of Christmas delivery. Waited weeks before checking status. Order not even processed. Got email response from a bot promising to refer to a human. Crickets. Reviewed on a third party website. Generated a bot apology telling me to reach out to them with same email address that has ignored me. Scam.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I placed my order almost a month ago and cannot get a real human in customer service to respond to me. The gift will not come for Christmas. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

After waiting 3 weeks for a Christmas present to show up the set arrived with no instructions or QR code for the instructions. After several days of no responses from their email support (Which is the only option) I was unable to get a refund, return label, or the instructions. I ended up having to file a chargeback with my credit card.

They take your money immediately then nothing. They don't have the stock. They are in Prague so pretty much untouchable. They send apology emails if you persist but still no sign of any product.

Absolute scam of a company. Ordered weeks ago with no update. When I eventually quoted their cancellation policy to say I want to cancel the order as it’s not yet been despatched they magically despatched the item. Still no sign of it and the tracking page shows nothing.

Customer service does not exist.

They are clearly paying people to leave positive comments on their social media telling everyone it’s worth the wait.

Avoid at all costs.

I placed a pre-order for the Christmas Porsche over two weeks ago (31st Nov), and I still haven’t received any shipping confirmation or tracking information (it’s now 15 Dec and was told it will ship mid December). I understand pre-orders can take time, but there’s been very little communication, and I don’t know when or if my order will arrive in time for Christmas.

I hope Mini Bricks can clarify the status of orders like this and improve communication, as it’s been disappointing to wait without updates.

Absolutely awful customer service. I had messaged multiple times regarding an order I didn’t receive for Christmas 2024. I was completely ignored and my comments on their Instagram posts were removed. I reached out to my bank as I still didn’t receive the refund and they replied instantly to my bank claiming I never reached out and the order was fulfilled and delivered, which it was not and to take the claim away from them.

I wish I had checked Trust Pilot as it seems everyone has had the same experience!

Awful, many pieces missing , requested additional pieces and none received. Replacement kit then requested and nothing received. Poor customer service. Don’t waste your money.

I am extremely frustrated with my experience with Minibricks. I placed an order at the end of November 2024, and it’s now mid-January 2025 with absolutely no resolution in sight. Not only did my item fail to arrive, but when I reached out to customer service, the response was shockingly unhelpful. I’ve been bounced around between different representatives, none of whom have been able to offer any real solution or even give a clear timeline for when I might actually receive my purchase.

The lack of communication has been appalling, and I feel completely ignored. It’s clear that once they have your money, they have no interest in delivering the product or even offering a basic level of customer support. It’s been weeks of endless emails and no tangible results. I’m beyond disappointed and regret giving them my money. I would advise anyone to avoid this company, as their customer service is virtually nonexistent and they clearly don’t take customer concerns seriously.

Don’t buy from them! You won’t receive your order and when you try to contact them they won’t reply. I spent nearly £60 for gifts for Christmas on the 5th December. It’s now 1st January and still not received a thing. I have contacted twice with no response. Now having to resort to trying to get my money back through my bank.

Ordered a defender, another completely different car received, looks like there's no wheels in the bag, just in a bag, no box, no instructions!! Shocking.. emailed to return

There were some pieces missing from my set. When I asked for them to send me the missing pieces they said okay but post will take a while. I had received nothing so I asked them again, in which they replied they have changed suppliers so they cannot give me the pieces anymore but instead I can get 10% discount for my next purchase. I do not need 10% discount! I just want the missing pieces to complete my car.

These guy are absolutely terrible, delivery time is so long and customer service don;t know where the order is or when it is going to be delivered. It is very bad, avoid these people !
