The replacement for missing and defective pieces were never re-sent after several email conversations in a span of 5 months.

Eagerness in promotion team was never seen in customer service team while handling complaints and requests. The customer service team is irresponsible which will only make unfulfilled promises (for replacement parts) and so-called sincere apologies.

The compensation from Minibricks is only a discount code (Yes, still expecting you to waste more money on them!), but never offering a full refund or parts replacement.

Don't spend money on this company. Are very eager in sending promo and giving discounts, but customer service a big 0. First order, nice baggies and an instruction book. Second order, a disaster. Looked like used baggies, a mess, no book and wrong pieces. Contacted them and we're gonne solve it........in May. Wrote them another 2mails, not even a respond. Learned my lesson, will stick to Lego.

I ordered from these guys on the 3rd July 2024, watching the transit positioning it now says on the 11th of July that it was delivered…. But not to my address but to a depot? I have tried to get in touch with them and all they say is that it says it has been delivered when clearly it has not. Looking at the reviews everyone seems to have a really bad experience. The point is aswell is that I have just spent £30 on them for one of their items!!!!! £30 is a lot of money and it is in their pocket and I have nothing to show for it. Please please don’t ever anyone use them, the gift was a special type of car in LEGO for my fiancé….. and they have let me down big time. Minibricks you should be ashamed of yourselves and should be taken out of business. Absolute frauds!!!!!!!!!! 😡

Received their email said encounter problem in stock right after I paid. Then they said I need to give them my personal ID number for arrange delivery!? That’s ridiculous!

Very slow delivery time. Not a single help from customer service.

I felt I was more than fair when waiting for it to arrive. Ordered roughly 31/01/2024, it arrived 08/04/2024 (United Kingdom) over 60 days later.

Customer service continued to reassure it was on its way and provided a tracking link. I requested a refund after 50 days of waiting (Which I feel is fair?), this has been ignored - I am yet to hear back from them. Fortunately it turned up last week!

Some of the bricks were missing and others didn't match the online building guide. We made do with the bits we had.

For £60.00 (two cars) it wasn't worth the money or wait time. My partner and I however did really enjoy building them together. Will just purchase Lego next time!

Ordered something from them that was shipped with DPD and never received it. Been trying to sort that out for two months now with their unreliable support that never gets back.

Don’t waste your time. Ordered 26th Feb, still not received 18th March. Constantly emailing for updates to be told it’s on the way and will be delivered ‘probably next week’. Not holding out hope of it being good quality, just wish I’d read these reviews before ordering! Very conveniently scheduled to arrive after the 30 day return period! Scammers.

States on website they ship within 2-3 business days. Took about 2 weeks to ship. Finally arrived today after 28 days. Just another drop shipper! Just order directly from AliExpress yourself and you will get the product even faster!

I've been spammed emails from this company and they lie about having 5 star reviews on Trustpilot, when there's actually 0. Do not trust this company

I ordered a car in 11th of February, and I write this review in the 22nd of February. My order status still says “confirmed”, my money were taken from the account, but most likely the product will never come. I wrote 2 emails to the customer support- in the first they said it takes 2-3 business days to send the order ( at this point its been 9 business days and nothing). In the second email, they said they understand the problem and they will try to solve it, but to be patient, because they had people on vacation “due to local festivities”. Maybe Christmas is in February or something.
At this point I’m convinced the package will never come and that this is a SCAM, they take the money and never provide.

i purchased 3 cars in november, i spent £80 to have to wait over a month for delivery which meant people didn’t get their christmas presents. and then when they have come to build them there are pieces missing from 2 bags and on the third bag a piece was melted ! not only that but none of the cars fit together and stay together correctly. £80 down the drain

Have you ever put your own s**t together? With the BMW Z4, so many parts have no connection to the rest. And I waited over a month for it to arrive. This was my last purchase from this company, I prefer to buy the original Lego.

Just because I can’t put 0 star. It’s to avoid at all points: unprecise building guide, pieces uncut or missing, « coming from their international shipping partner »
It’s just another dropshipping from instagram or other.
And when you finally receive your package and you’re not satisfied it’s too late for a refund.

Clearly dropshipping. To be avoided, extremely long lead times (+ 1Month) and clearly worth less.

After 6 weeks of waiting for these sets they cane with many pieces missing. Highly disappointed. What a waste of money. And absolutely zero customer support from them after countless emails to them.
