Just finished install yesterday. So far the unit performs good and the installation was pretty straightforward.

A great full system replacement at a respectable price. Received system a day sooner than expected. Would recommend this setup for anyone replacing their old inefficient heat pump.

May personal experience, used this product on 2 installations of Pioneer Mini Splits on my home. Following the directions I prepared both units, one can each unit, and also checked for leaks afterwards. No leaks detected and both systems have been operating properly. Follow-up check several weeks later to re inspect for leaks showed no leaks and pressure readings were excellent. In my case, the product worked as advertised and I am satisfied.

Beyond the technical expertise, their general customer service is top-notch. From answering my pre-purchase questions to resolving a minor shipping issue, their team is incredibly friendly and responsive. They genuinely seem to care about customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. You can tell they value their customers and strive to build long-term relationships.

Let's start with the MVP: Tech Support. Forget waiting on hold for hours only to speak to someone who clearly reads from a script. Their phone and live chat support is phenomenal. The techs are knowledgeable, patient and genuinely interested in helping you diagnose the problem. I've used both options and each time, the representative was able to quickly understand my issue, offer helpful troubleshooting tips and recommend appropriate solutions. They seem to actually understand HVAC systems, not just read manuals. This level of expertise is invaluable, especially when you're trying to avoid a costly professional repair.

Claim they match prices, but they really don't! Try to use shipping against you and use taxes against you. Downright liars and then hang up on you after you call them out about this. Then they will not pick up your calls from there on out.

SIMPLY FRAUDS

Ordered solar panels from these guys, after the 3-10 days promised ship date -I reached out to their customer service for a status update. Oh we'll provide you with an update in a day or two..... I then find that they canceled my order (without informing me) due to unavailability (even though their website shows availability).
Stupidly, I orders different brand of solar panels from these guys only to have the same exact experience with them canceling my order (reason: "customer" which is BS) after 3 weeks. Called them, same reason provided: "our manufacturer doesn't have those panels in stock." DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.....

Didn't buy anything but they helped me troubleshoot my ac over the phone and resolved my issue. Turns out, the whip I had was too small for my Goodman. I will come back.

I've been got a few times online and was kind of scared purchasing a $6500 piece of equipment online. I called and they answered their phone, I had my attorney verify if they were legit and I went ahead and purchased the Goodman heat pump package unit. Our old AC went out and we were suffering here in Alabama.

Delivered professionally. Our air conditoner has been running smoothly since being installed. Going through Min Split System Direct was much cheaper than buying local

I had to call Mini Split Systems Direct to ask about thermostat compatibility and they were helpful. Ordered the Honeywell T6 Pro.

The furnace is great, shipping was fast, no hiccups. They are consistent.

The system I purchased was on backorder but they kept in contact with me on the status of my order, they were responsive, and honest about the long wait, and I didnt have to reach out for anything other than what courier they used for shipping. There are good example on how to run a business.

I have a youtube channel where I do DIY tutorials on AC equipment, they promised my MRCOOL Universal would arrive by the 7th to meet my timeline and made it happen. I was missing the free mounting pad but after giving them a call they has it overnighted and it was here before the weekend! These guys are honest, I would do business with them again.

I called and they did not answer, but they did call me back in 5 minutes. I got my EcoFlow Delta 2 5 days after placing my order and it came with a free waterproof bag. I cant comment on there aftersales support yet as I havent had any issues but they are legit and it arrived when they said it would.

Met all my expectations and the panels were worth every penny.

I can tell you guys care, I knew nothing about air conditioners, you asked me questions about my home and helped me find the right system. I shared the quote you gave me for the Pioneer 18,000 BTU Dual Zone an my technician liked what he saw so I purchased from you. If I ever need a new one I will be back! I’m hoping the Pioneer last a long time.

Great service, I purchased the ACiQ 5 ton system, and its been great! The only issue I had was with the thermostat, I spoke with tech support and it ended up being faulty so they had another one delivered to me by the next day.
